Ohh this poor place and it’s poor workers. I think it’s pretty much only cons I can list on this one.
Cons:
1. This place felt so dreary. How can one have a prime location but virtually no business? Such a waste of space.
2. No greeting at all from anyone when I walked in and the one employee who did speak to me didn’t bother to find out my needs. He did notice I was looking at HDMI cables and pointed me to the one I didn’t want or need. That’s poor customer service.
3. I didn’t even get a thank you for my purchase. Luckily I found what I needed but I know I want be back to this dreary hole in my planet.

My boyfriend and I went in for a refrigerator and the sales person was incredibly helpful! They had a great selection in the size we were looking for, which is not a standard size but a little on the slim side for a refrigerator. We were able to get a great deal and we are very happy with our experience. We will definitely shop here again when we need other new appliances.

I bought a tv and was told that all their mounts fit their tv’s. Lies. After three returns… exchanging mounts, my tv is mounted in the top hole only. They didn’t have my tv on the floor to measure nor could they tell me which mount would work. You’d think they’d go in the back and help?!? After complaining to the sales rep, he suggested that I should have had it installed by them, which of course costs a few more extra $$$. Sir…
…to make matters worse I never received my HHGregg card nor a statement so I had to call to see when my payment was due. To end my relationship, I closed the account and paid it off. Didn’t get to take advantage of the 12mth interest free. The credit card is thru GE Capital, true… but the overall experience was terrible and I’d never shop there again.

This Hhgregg has been so accomodating to us. I had to return my tablet a couple of times, and each time, they made it so easy. We have since bought several items from this store and the customer service is top notch every time. I will point out that sometimes, the employees seem to huddle around the middle and chit chat a lot, but no big deal.

I was warmly greeted by John Paul when I walked into the store, but I was a girl on a mission to the back of the store where the big TVs are. I have a visual impairment and explained that to my salesmen, and he was surprisingly so knowledgable about TVs that he was able to explain to me the importance of which TV to buy for my needs. Brightness is a huge importance to my visual needs and he advised me that a LCD tv was the way to go. It was a open box product that I went with for a really great deal. I got the TV home and he was right the new TV looks stunning in my living room. The next John Paul called me just to make sure everything was okay with the new TV. All in all I very impressed with the service I received from the company and my personal salesperson. I give it five stars and would return to buy other products from not only hhgreg but John Paul personally.

The Girlfriend and I were in here to buy a new TV for her apartment. We were helped by John Paul, and he was very helpful. He was friendly, knowledgeable„ and professional. He helped us out and was able to get us a great deal on a new TV. If everyone on staff is as helpful as John Paul this is the perfect place to fill your needs.
