My favorite hotdog/hamburger joint for good quality food at a cheap price. I almost always get the hotdog of the week as they come up with great combos and customer requests as well! The place to go.

I love this place. I’m a vegetarian and I can get everything on the menu by dubs substituting a veggie hot dog. The owner is very nice as well.

Good spread on the menu and the price is pretty alright. I definitely recommend the more creatively topped dogs. Unfortunately, the last time we went my partner found either one extremely long hair or several medium length ones in his hotdog. Probably just a fluke but I doubt we’ll be going back any time soon. It kind of turns my stomach just thinking about it.

My family and I don’t get here as often as we’d like, but we enjoy it every time! Great hot dogs at a more than fair price! And they even have a Vegetarian option!

I had a chilly dog that was lukewarm and the chill was low grade probably out of a can. Overall very disappointing. I would not recommend the chill dog.

I loved it… I had the«Bar-B-Q«dog, fries and a drink… ITWASGREAT! never thought of pine apples on a dog, but, it tasted great! Nicely priced also, and if you wanted to add a «Classic Dog«it wasnt too expensive! I definitly will be coming back!

We are new to the area from Tucson AZ! Where the hot dog is notorious! Well, are hopes were not high, ‘until’… Alberto, the owner, recommended the #1 ‘De LA Casa’ and now we have a taste of home here in Smyrna! Not only is the hot dog notable, he made us feel welcome and at home.

Good dogs! A lot of variety. Buns were very soft. Chili did not have a particular stand out taste but I think this place is going for creative dogs more than their chili. I would grill the kraut for the dogs but overall I really like this little place.

Absolutely love this place. Their hotdog creations are very unique and delicious. I’m so grateful that they offer pork, beef and turkey dogs since my family has a mixture of dietary preferences. The Bbq dog is my favorite and my boyfriend loves the Dogfather. And I find it splendid that they remember me and ask about my kids if they are not with me. A family friendly place, for sure!

The Hot dog factory is a little hot dog spot that I found located just up the street from where I work in Smyrna Ga, I must say not bad at all for a hot dog joint lol…

Being from Southern California I’d like to pride myself in knowing a good hotdog and these guys make great hotdogs. Hands down the best hotdog place in the state. You got to try the BBQ Dog. Very wonderful with friendly staff!!!

I have been coming here since they opened a few years ago. I live right around the corner, so it’s a regular haunt of mine. I can say that I’ve always had positive customer service experiences here. The owners are wonderful people and always remember me, even when I don’t come in for long periods Of time. Excellent pricing, DELICIOUS fried Oreos, great selection on hot dogs.

Great hot dogs, and some really tasty desserts. The bbq dog was awesome. I never would have imagined pineapple on a hot dog, but it really worked nicely. Bbq sauce, bacon, cheese, and pineapple in one tasty handheld package. The folks there were friendly, and the menu quite reasonable. Will definitely be back!

I’ve heard my co-workers talk about how great this place was but each time I tried to go they were closed. Anyway, it was my lucky day and was soooo happy with the service and food! It’s a really cute little place and the staff was pretty nice. Great food… I had the chilli cheese dog and it was scrumptious! Fries were awesome and tried a few onion rings that I stole from a co-worker and was pleased.

Having a place that sells hot dogs has to be one of the greatest ideas in the ever. The menu is packed full of great hot dog delicacies at a great price. I had a turkey one with chili and cheese and a beef one with mustard. Overall, a great simple concept that works. Fun place and a good price. Thanks for the dogs!

I think this is just a great little place! I’ve gotten the Chicago dog every time and have always liked it. Add fries on the side and you’ll pay less than $ 5. Though it’s pretty much just hot dogs on the menu, they have a lot of interesting choices. I want to try the de la casa dog next: bacon and guacamole on a hot dog?! Yes please. They also offer several fried desserts like Oreos, Snickers, Twinkies, etc. I haven’t tried them, but it’s a unique menu item that you don’t usually see outside of carnivals and fairs. I’ve never seen them packed, but there have always been other customers there. If you choose to dine-in, the décor is cool and kind of «industrial.» Appropriate for a «factory.»

First off, any place that can call itself something as absurd as a ‘hotdog factory’ and still get 4 stars has my admiration and respect. It’s like an owner who breaks his horse’s leg before the race and then after the race shouts, «FU, I placed!» I love hotdogs. They bring out the kid in me. They’re little tubes of hot, juicy goodness and love.(Insert your own dirty joke here). So, it will come as no surprise that I think this restaurant deserves 5 stars. Not only for some of the best tasting dogs you’re ever going to have the rare opportunity to enjoy. Not only for the friendly staff. This little place deserves the perfect-star rating just because it gawdam exists.

So for some particular reason I was really craving hot dogs. Now typically I’ll just go grab 2 from QuikTrip which suits me just fine, but I really wanted fries and more specifically a chili slaw hot dog. I initially was going to go to Brandi’s in Marietta but to my dismay they were already closed. So my Unilocal searches led me to Hot Dog Factory(as it was en route to the airport). Its a small joint on the corner of a strip mall off of Spring Road. Easy to miss, as I had to turn around. There is a slew of choices as some other hot dog establishments provide… ranging from your basic chilil dog to a hot dog with things that you probably wouldn’t think go together but that your inner foodie says«it could work». I opted for a chili slaw dog as well as a BBQ hot dog. I can’t remember if «BBQ hotdog» is the official name but ehhh, you get my drift. Service was quick, as I was the only patron in there. I decided to skip the fries as for some reason my inner fry snob came out and when I was told that they were straight cut I declined the fries. I do eat straight cut but crinkle just completes me when I’m having hot dogs. Anyhoot, the dogs themselves were tasty, with a crispy skin as if they were broiled(I can’t say grilled because it didn’t have that«grilled taste» to me). The BBQ hot dog which also was topped with grilled onions(I opted out of these), grilled pineapple, cheese, and bacon had potential but unfortunately the bbq sauce overwhelmed everything else. I couldn’t taste the dog, pineapple, or bacon unless I had a bite deficient in sauce. Not horrible, but if ordered again I’d have to do like those salad eaters that request«dressing on the side». The chili slaw dog wasn’t bad. Wasn’t the greatest either though. The chili didn’t do anything for me but the slaw was decent. The hot dog probably really is the best thing about this place but getting the toppings just right seems to be more of a challege. Dogs range from about $ 2-$ 5 I suppose… and there is typically a special where I suppose you can make a combo. They did also have fried oreos, snickers, twinkies, etc on the menu which caught my eye. I would probably come back and try one of these with a different dog. One last note, I didn’t get to choose my bread as some of the other reviewers suggested. Maybe that’s a thing of the past. All in all not bad, but I’d probably just stick with QT and just resist my craving of toppings if I was in the area.
