Luxury Wash

Went here after reading issues at locations. I wanted a hand wash on my car as well. These young men did a great job. I seen several high end vehicles arrive. My only suggestion is they repave the rear to keep your shoes from getting dirty when you get in after the cleaning. Great job though. I will be back.

These guys did a great job! They cleaned my car inside and out for only $ 25. The tech went out of his way to restore my severely fogged headlights. The staff was courteous and friendly. They left my car looking better than it has in years. They took the time to give it the thorough cleaning that other shops never did. As a wedding prank, friends and family filled our car with baby powder and these are the guys that finally got it all out. These guys are professionals. Definitely not high school kids. You can tell they take pride in the work they do.

I’m really confused by so many of the negative reviews. I guess my only explanation is that I’ve never used a Groupon, Half Off Depot, etc.
My husband and I both have cars with black interior and we have a 100 lb white dog that is in one of them daily. This is the ONLY, and I repeat ONLY, place I’ve been to around here that can literally get all the white dog hair out of our black interior and do an amazing job cleaning the interior and exterior.
For the reviews about the customer service, once again, I’ve NEVER experienced any of the situations being discussed. Bentley and the rest of the staff are extremely kind, and they even ask you to come out and look at your car to ensure it is up to your standards before you pay.
Yes, the building is a little shady, but I’d rather sit there and pay a reasonable price than have them spend money to spruce up the building and raise prices.

Love this place! They are very helpful and informative. And if you explain to them you need to be in and out, they definitely accommodate your needs. Brandon is beyond respectful and courteous. I am glad to have found a great detailer with great prices near my home!

The work here is very mediocre and they poor customer service. The staff has very bad attitude towards it’s customers. While I was there I saw the management and staff get into a huge altercation about the way they were being treated while working there. Took my car to be detailed and they missed a number of places that I specifically told them about. Side mirror, backseat, under neath the mats, dust on dashboard, dirt on rims, etc. They had me waiting for about 2 hours to finish and still had all those problems with it. At the same time a man named Mr. Bentley had the nerve to try and charge me extra for things I never asked for. If you have a nice car and want to keep it nice and clean I would not recommend this establishment. I don’t see this place staying open for to much longer. I would honestly have my car ran thru a machine tunnel wash before taking my car back over there. If we could give no stars I would choose that option. Hope this is very helpful in your decision making before wasting your time and driving over there.

They lost a star since they have a Unilocal offer for 10% off any service but wouldn’t honor it. From previous reviews, it looks like their marketing manager needs to update their promotions and honor what is out there or take it down. I’m picky about this since I run a business and it’s the fastest way to piss of a budget conscience loyal customer.
Their wash was very thorough and detailed. That day they offered a $ 12 exterior or a $ 20 exterior and interior. I got the interior/​exterior package was very pleased. My car is 10 years old and I still take pride in it. Get it washed all the time and always will (FYI a wash every other month keeps your car from looking like a hoopty). They cleaned it inside and outside in less than 30 minutes, as promised. They wiped and cleaned every nook and cranny and I am very grateful for that. At most car washes I find a place or two that could have been cleaner and think, well nobody is perfect: but not at Luxury Wash. Very happy and satisfied with my shiny, clean car.
The outside appearance of this place could use a touch up but it’s clean and everyone was friendly. I’m not worried about the dilapidated look of a building when my car looks amazing after they are done with it.
Bottom Line: do not hesitate, bring your car by for some clean loving!

I can’t tell you how great this place was. I needed an interior and exterior wash badly. After the tornado with my windows down, my car was growing mold. I called, and was able to schedule the next day (a Sunday). I was able to drop my car off, and Jarvis was fantastic!
He called me 30 minutes before it was ready, so I was able to show up right when it was finished. And it looked UNREAL!!! I inherited this car, and it looked better than it has EVER LOOKED! The smell is gone too!
These gents were so professional, they put a plastic wrap around the seat, and on the floor, since the seats were still damp from the shampoo. $ 150 well spent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Have been several times to get my car detailed by them. The prices are reasonable and when they finish my car looks brand new. Staff is courteous and waiting area is pretty nice for a car wash.

It pains me not to give a good review when I like the people. First off I purchased a full detail through half off depot. They would not honor it as written, said half off depot made a mistake. How is that my problem? The girl was really nice, but just kept saying it was wrong. Since she was nice I kept my attitude in check. Not worth the argument. I still was getting a deal, so I just let it go. On top of that though, when I purchased the voucher I had to schedule online and they charge voucher appointments a $ 5 surcharge. They stated that half off depot left that off in the small print. I told her they really need to contact half off depot and get this fixed, along with the package deal they won’t honor. It’s not fair to the customer. Other than that, service was good. I was pleased with my car at first glance, but as I had a chance to examine the interior, there were a lot of little things that were missed, or just not cleaned well at all. Had I paid full price I would have had them fix it. The exterior looked really good, but they dropped the ball on the interior. For that reason, sad to say I won’t be returning.

This place is the best. Polite good service. they washed and waxed my car in less than an hour with no appointment first thing on a Saturday morning. Highly recommend. The work was excellent. I could not have done any better myself

I am always hesitant on trying new car detailing places because more often than not you get what you pay for.
I was blown away immediately by the customer service here and my car was cleaned was such detail I couldn’t have done it better myself. Pricing is very competitive and I would even pay more for how excellent the service was!
I will be definitely a patron for a long time

My wife bought a coupon for a full detail from this business. We received an appointment reminder email from them the day before the appointment. We showed up the next day at 10am and the place was closed. Nobody was even there. Also, the place is really shady. Its a run down old house on S. Cobb drive with a tent in the back where i guess they was the cars. Next time, Ill be going to a more legitimate business.

Made my first trip to Luxury wash over the weekend and was not disappointed. I have tried a few car washes in the area and this one left my truck the cleanest by far. I have a large truck and the crew at Luxury Wash took their time with the hand wash and didn’t miss a spot. I am somewhat of a perfectionist, especially when it comes to cleanliness. My truck was as clean as if I had done the job myself. They don’t cut corners and they make sure everything is done up to your standards before you drive away. It does take longer being that it is a hand wash and no machines are involved, but if you like your vehicle to be spotless after a wash it is worth the extra time. I went on a Saturday afternoon and there were about 7 or 8 cars ahead of me. I neglected giving them a fifth start because I was there waiting for about 2 hours. Not ideal, but like I said I like my truck to be spotless after a wash. The fact that I waited 2 hours and still gave them 4 stars based on the quality of the wash should tell you what a good job they did. I would highly recommend, but I would also suggest avoiding the weekends if at all possible as I was told it was normal for them to be that busy on a Saturday or Sunday.

BEFORE: pollen covered, fingerprint/​dog nose smear covered windows, extremely dirty console, dusty dashboard, juice stain on seat, ugh), papers from 1849 laid out on the passenger side, hair balls (yes, it had gotten rough up in here), and the freakin’ list goes on.
AFTER: Wait, my car is white and not yellow? Very nice! The windows were extremely clear with no smudges. The inside was clean with not a speck of dust that my eyes could see on the dashboard any longer. That ugly juice stain that my niece planted back there a couple months ago? GONE. Floors vacuumed, seats vacuumed, console cleaned out. No more hair balls, yes! Those blonde hairs, though– they weren’t mine and I don’t know where the hell they came from, but whatever the case, they’re history now! Wow, my car looks like it did the day I bought it.
RANDOM: The young man who helped clean my car was very helpful and obviously did a good job. He came across a little nick on my bumper and these were his words almost to a tee: «This right here? I didn’t know what that was… I ain’t wanna fuck it up, though, so I left that shit alone right there. You know? ‘Cause I ain’t know what it was. Everything else is good, though.» My kinda guy right there.
They prefer a cash tip, of course, so that it won’t be taxed. With the transformation they gave my car, I’d certainly come back.

This company SUCKS! I purchased a Groupon for this company to do a complete detail on my car. I called to schedule an appointment the guy took my information and gave me an appointment for Sunday, December 10,2012 between the hours of 2−4pm. well 2 – 4 PM came and went no one ever showed up! I called and kept getting an automated message, I continued to call until i got a live person. I told him what happened and he had the nerve to say we never told you we would be there today between 2 – 4 I said «yes you did» there was even a lady who called to confirm my appointment on Friday and I also wrote down exactly what the guy told me when I initially called to make the appointment. Then he said well someone must have made a mistake and wrote that there, let me check and see if my mobile guy can come out today, he left the phone for literally a second and came right back and said no he wouldn’t be able to then he said I can have someone come to your job tomorrow umm I don’t think so SERIOUSLY you are not about to clean my car in my place of employment parking lot! Then he said I’m going to be sure to make you another appointment and put you ahead of everyone else I said okay I’m only available on the weekend like I told you guys before and he said okay so what about Sunday between 12 – 3 like for real so how is that putting me before everyone so now I have to wait AGAIN! You know what don’t even worry about because you wont get my business and you have the right one because I will make sure I let everyone know about how i made an appointment they never called, didn’t show up and then when I called to see what was going on they acted like I was in the wrong! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BEWARE!!!

I’ve had my car washed here a few times, and up until now, had good experiences. However, today my experience was very less than ideal. I was quoted one price when I arrived, but while the car was being washed, the manager told me that he initially misquoted the price and needed to charge $ 10 more. I replied that they should honor the quoted price and agreed that he «would have to eat the difference». Fifteen minutes later someone else was sent to negotiate with me. The prices aren’t posted anywhere so this felt very much like a bait and switch.
The car did look good once finished. The guy did a great cleaning the inside as well. However, he also stole change from my console. I should have taken all of the change out first, but was hoping that since it was hidden in the console rather than in plain view, it was okay. Of course, he denied it, yet the change ended up being returned to me.
Disappointing experience, since I liked using this car wash. I’ll probably look elsewhere next time though.

This review is NOT for how they detail the care (I still have to experience that). It is for their customer service or the apparent lack of it.
I have a Groupon for mobile/​on-​site car detailing for these guys. The Groupon says there is no charge for «Extra fee outside 15min of Cobb, Dekalb, and Fulton counties». Mind it — it says 15 minutes from these counties NOT from their location. Still when I tried to schedule an appointment for mobile detailing they said they will charge me $ 17 plus some change extra to come to my Woodstock home which is less than 5 miles from Cobb county line.
Anyways, they gave me an appointment for 4^th August and never showed up. I had to leave a message as to what was going on. They called me back saying since it is raining I should reschedule. Shouldn’t they have called me up when they decided to cancel? BTW, it was raining in their area not mine so they could have detailed my car if they wanted!
I call them again to reschedule and they tell me they do not have anything available till end of September! Should they not give me preference because they cancelled my appointment?
I said I’ll come by on Saturday to get it done on-​site. I ask them till what time they are open — the woman who picked up the phone said 5pm. Their website says this: «Hours of Operation: Monday-​Friday, 9 a.m.-8 p.m. | Saturday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. | Sunday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.» I tell her that and she still says says well it’s 5pm. Will it be too much for them to update their website?
I have seen their reviews and know that they are good at what they do. Since I have not been lucky enough to get an appointment, I have no idea. But after I use my Groupon I might never go back. If they have aversion to customers who use a discounted voucher for their service, they should not have used Groupon to advertise.

They have discount coupons and deals online, and when they find out, no appointments are ever available, and they did a c– job

I purchased a Dealfind coupon for Luxury Wash and was excited about purchasing a $ 197 car detailing package for approximately $ 15. I naively believed that I was going to get a full car wash, wax, and that the extra $ 15 I paid for interior cleaning (shampooing of carpets /​upholstery) would be a great bargain.
After waiting about 3 weeks for my appointment (they are on every deal site & seem to have more cars than they can fit in, particularly on weekends), I was excited to drop my car off for its deep clean! I plugged the address into Google Maps, drove over to Smyrna, and… found a very interesting business. I don’t expect anything «luxurious» when I go to get my car detailed, but really. this place is ghetto. I don’t use that term lightly. It is located in a run down house/​trailer type building, that honestly, I never would have entered if my boyfriend hadn’t been with me. It didn’t exactly give off the «safe» vibe. The waiting area looked like they tried to make it retro/​cool, but really it was sketchy. The «business office» can’t be described in words.
The men working at the location were nice, although I did have the thought «of course they’re nice, they are probably about to steal my car!» as I dropped off my vehicle. I came back a couple of hours later to find that they had done, for lack of a more technical term, an extremely half-​assed job. There were still bugs all over the front of the car, there were actually new stains on the upholstery that had not been there before, they didn’t vacuum the trunk, there are still crumbs/​dirt in several locations inside the car, the windows have horrible streaks on them, the car did NOT feel/​look like it had been waxed, etc. The list could go on & on, but I’ll save you the pain of reading.
Please do yourself a favor & take your car elsewhere. This place is sketchy, poorly run, and you can get an equally terrible car wash/“detailing” for a fraction of the price (even without a discounted voucher) elsewhere! Not worth the time, effort, or money!

Brandon Ingol started working at the car wash when he was 12 and bought it I think they do excellent work! Even have mobile services.
Very professional I would recommend!
