This has been a terrible experience so far. I bought my new mattress last week and arranged to have it delivered on Friday (today) from 5:00 — 8:00 pm. I was told I would get a call 20 mins prior to delivery. I rearranged my day and raced home to be here by 5:00. By 7:00 I had no contact. So I called the store — he told me not to worry. 7:45 — still nothing — I call back he tells me not to worry but he will call and check. Calls me back and says they are finishing their delivery on their way to my house. In just a few mins they will call me — but it might be 8:15. 8:00 — nothing and when I call the store it is closed. It is now 9:45 and I have never heard from the delivery crew — I am pretty sure I have been swindled. What a mess — they can keep their $!% mattress — I’ll just go to Costco!
