Maurice’s

This store caught my eye when I was leaving the shoe store so I thought I would hit it up.
The clothes look like they are aimed toward the younger 20s set but still some items that the cougars like myself could wear. I had some time to kill so I perused each and every aisle. Clothes were inexpensive (shirts, skirts about $ 25, etc) and some of it was my style. I tried on some things and ended up with a couple of items despite the fact that I have been trying NOT to go shopping! Whooooopsie! Also noticed a larger size section for our full-​figured lady friends, so don’t think it is just for those skinny minis.
The girls that work there are super friendly and chatty. They start you a dressing room and write your name on the door in dry erase pen. Cute. They also try and talk you into getting a Maurice’s card and can spout off so many discounts you could get that your head will spin! They will give you a punch card too and when you fill it up you get $ 10 off. Not sure how often I’ll be in Smyrna clothes shopping but I will keep this place in mind to stop by when I need something inexpensive and cute.
