Nails First

The first sign should have been that no one was receiving service on a Friday afternoon. I received a pedicure within 15 mins which is unreal. My toenails are uneven, feet lack any moisture, etc. Please do not waste your time or money here!

This placed should be renamed Nails Last, because this is the last place you will want to get your nails done. The first time I went for a pedicure, the technician was very slow. I was there an hour and a half just for a pedicure partially due to the «clean up» she had to do for the less than stellar paint job. The next time I went, I was with a different technician. When I asked him HIS name he said «Jessica». Then he later changed it to «Jennifer «. Unprofessional. Then, when he painted my nails, it was a sloppy job. I requested him to touch them up because I could see through the paint even though he did two coats. When he did my manicure, I requested he not cut too much of my cuticle so that I would not experience peeling afterwards. He agreed but then the manicure looked sloppy. He barely shaped my nails and did not clean under the nail. When I indicated some of my cuticles were not neat, he indiscriminately starting cutting my cuticles to the point where they bled and looked even worse than before. It has been three weeks after the cuticle massacre and my nails are FINALLY turning back to normal. I will never step a toenail back in this place.

Worst and most unprofessional experience I’ve had in over 25 years. Went in for a gel nail repair. About 4 nails were lifting. Technician said it would be best to replace them. Technician tried to rip off my artificial gel nails without soaking which was painful on all but about 4 nails. Tech continued to do it his way after multiple attempts to communicate that he was hurting me. He refused to stop until I finally had to ask him to stop and to please soak off my nails. I decided to not do anything else but to get my nails off and leave. My colleagues warned me to not go but I was desperate for a late night fill before an important meeting the next day. I should have listened to them.

TERRIBLE. We had to wait for 25 minutes while they let three people in ahead of us that showed up after we did & didn’t have appointments. Next, they weren’t going to let my girlfriend & I sit next to each other while getting our nails done even though literally EVERY seat was available in the entire shop. My nail tech stopped my manicure to get on Facebook, while my friend’s stopped to text his wife. To add to this experience, my nail tech ripped part of my cuticle off and made me bleed but proceeded to put some liquid on it that burned until I almost cried without even apologizing. It was the worst experience ever.
