Probably never come back to OG again. For the price you end up paying and what you get… it’s not worth it. The bread sticks and salad were the best part but 17 dollars for the Italian Treo of Chicken Parm, Lasagna, and Alfredo tasted like cafeteria food… the bread sticks and salad don’t make up for that price point. Service is slow but nice. Drinks took forever, saw one couple get up and leave… they had cokes on their table but I guess it was taking forever. Saw a manager taking orders after a couple was sitting for 10 mins. Overall it saddens me to say this but OG sucks. They’re over charging on entrees and replacing the quality in the form of solid bread sticks and salad. Good for their margins, bad for mine.

«He’s still trying to shag that waitress from the Olive Garden.» — The Perks of Being a Wallflower(2012) How can you dislike all you can eat salad and breadsticks? You can’t. Especially when they are so tasty and delicious. Sometimes you just crave the comfort of a chain restaurant and a carb heavy meal… or is that just me? My experience with this OG has been pretty much the same on every visit — lackluster. The staff is friendly enough, but slow as molasses. They usually forget something, but are nice and apologetic about it. The food quality is the same — good — and my drink usually stays filled(but I have to remind them what I’m drinking). This most recent visit was no different. We sat down and a server came up to get drink orders — 2 waters, an unsweet tea and a glass of wine. The waters and teas arrived — no wine. Then our actual server came over and apologized for her delay and asked if we wanted any apps — the calamari and the fonduta. The fonduta came, the calamari never arrived. We did place our dinner orders and we all opted for salad and we received our 4 breadsticks(headcount at the table +1 — the Darden standard). We never got any more breadsticks, despite asking for more. The table was stacked with dead soldiers(empty plates and glasses, never cleared away) and food kept coming out and to the table. Because of the new tablets at the table to keep people entertained(for a cost) and to hail your server, it takes up too much room at a 4-top table. Ultimately, we moved it off and moved dirty dishes into a stack. The food was good(we did get a 2nd bowl of salad when requested) and boxes for our leftovers and breadsticks to go. So the evening was not a total loss. However, I have had better service, definitely. It seemed like the servers were bored and did not want to be working. I may stick with Dunwoody next time as the service is much preferred.

Olive garden is a basic, not so flavorful Italian restaurant. They are clean and the service was good, but the food is boring. My bread sticks were hard as a wooden plank… I can go on and on but the bottom line is if your looking for a place to satisfy your taste buds and tummy, Don’t your waste your time, gas, mouth muscles and money.

Smells like standing dirty water… sewage, when you first enter. Just got back in my car car and left, just could not do it.

I really don’t like chain restuarants but once in a while… yah know… it happens. I had the ultimate shrimp deal which was pretty good. But I could only enjoy one round of shrimp scampi. I literally felt like I was eating salt! The grilled shrimps were decent. Come back again? Maybe in 5 years

If you call me «Boss», while walking me to the table, you’d better treat me like a boss. Otherwise, casual conversation suitable to the environment would be just fine. You may wonder, what did«Boss» get? –worthless guide though the«ziosk» –poor service –old wilted salad, not once but twice! –excuses from the manager No wonder OG is faltering. Quite a shame because I really liked this Americanized, casual Italian restaurant. Ideally, I’d eat their lunch specials once per week on my lunch break. But with the 2nd attempt yielding worse results, a 3rd is highly unlikely to be a winner.

My main comment is that the place smells terrible. And it wasn’t a one time thing, it’s been at least 3 times over 3 years. It is somewhere between sewage, dirty dishwater, mold and terrible farts. If you sit far enough into the dining room, the smell of the food kind of washes over it, so you can almost stomach it. It is definitely strongest around the front door /hostess stand /bar. The food and service is like the usual Olive Garden, mediocre at best. You expect that going in though. Seriously, some one has to have told them already?

Today did not deserve not even one star! My server today was Kevin. It was not busy when we were just there. Delays in getting our drinks, we sat there after eatting all our appetizer then waiting for salad and breadsticks for almost 15 minutes. and delays with checking out. He seems to not know what to do regarding my checkout. My first experience at this location where as service was bad. Food tastes the same but service was BAD! I waited to speak to the manager and he came helped Kevin checked me out and rushed off to do something else! Like WTFFFFF??? No wonder the service here SUCKED! Should have listened to my instinct before coming back here but it was close an convenient at the time. BADCHOICE! I’ll be going to Barrett Pkwy after today’s experience!

Went to this Olive Garden for my birthday dinner and was totally disappointed. Party of 6. Salad bowl had no tomatoes or olives. Drink refills were non existent. Soup came with no spoons and had to wait 10 minutes for one. Server set salad down and 30 seconds later brought mothers lasagne out. Nobody else’s entrée just hers. Breadsticks were refilled only after waiting half our meal. Everyone commented food tasted like it came from a can and was microwaved. Bland and tasteless. Bill near $ 110. Manager didn’t seem to care but did bring a new tour of Italy for me. Arrived AFTER everyone else had finished dinner. Just got it put in to go boxes. Not a good experience for my birthday, left hungrier than when I got there. Service mediocre at best. Not going back. Dinner really fell flat!

Had dinner at this location last night. What a disappointment. I mean the food was great as usual but the service stuck. When we arrived I knew we would have a wait but that wasnt it. After we were seated it was about 15 minutes before we were even waited on. And when we were waited on it was by the young lady who seated us. She only took our drink order. It took another 10 minutes before our waittess came to the table. When we finally got our meal it was luke warm. If we had sent it back God only knows how long it would have taken. What can I say I thought I was being pranked when an employee asked to come here for his going away lunch. Yup I asked was it a joke. People actually eat this food? Firstly the atmosphere feels like your on vacation and that was the only American restaurant open. I could count on my hands how many people were eating here. Now the menu has gone up in prices like $ 15 to $ 20 dollars and all the healthy items are sides. I ordered the chicken sorrento it was the healthiest on the menu, came with grilled chicken and grilled broccoli. I wish I took a picture when I say my chicken breast was a slither of paper I mean it. My chicken breast was so flat and tiny all I had to do was stuff it in my mouth in one take. Right it sounds comical! This place is disgusting the carpet smelled like vomit, the servers breathe smelled like halitosis. I mean I can’t even believe what they feed people. Never eat here. Better off at chick-fil-a. Oh the worst part I get back to work and a coworker says to me. I love olive garden food was good right?

I have never been a fan of Olive Garden growing up. The food was so filling and never did anything for me. HOWEVER, since the menu overhaul and changes throughout all the Olive Gardens, coupled with Unilocal’s help on having Olive Garden dinner tastings, my opinion has changed. This location I’ve never actually sat in, but the food that we order from here is phenomenal. For lunch, I usually order their soup, and breadsticks and it never fails. Sometimes I’ll grab the Tuscan Trio with soup, house salad, small side dish and breadsticks. BREADSTICKS I love the salty garlicky flavor of the breadsticks. It’s always hot, even when I order out, and super good with my soups. CHICKENANDGNOCCHI The chicken and the gnocchi pasta is so tender and this soup is probably my favorite here. It’s the perfect lunch and the flavors are bold but yet not too creamy, so it’s not heavy. I love it. PASTA e FAGIOLI This soup is like a soupy chili and I love it on a cold day. It’s hearty and full of flavor. Love it. HOUSESALAD This salad is filling, but it’s not my favorite. I usually take it home with me and then mix it with greens i have at home. The dressing is ok, but I like that they include parmesan cheese in small packets. Comes in handy.

Ugh. The mediocrity of the food is only surpassed by the horrible service we received. But when the birthday guy wants to eat at Olive Garden, we point the car toward the perimeter and go. What a shame we’re teaching generations that this fake Italian fare is good food. Even the most non-discerning eater in the group said the steak didn’t taste like meat. The service was slow, sloppy and inattentive to the point we had to request our salad bowl, which is now a down-sized version of the bowl they used to bring. Plus, they got our order wrong so I received my entrée after everybody else had finished. Then they tried to charge for the wrong entrée in addition to the correct one. And there wasn’t a manager in sight. We thought the birthday boy might rate a free dessert, but that’s not something Olive Garden does. That’s fine, but don’t pass off the Andes mint that comes with the bill as something special. And to add insult to injury, the suggested tip amount at the bottom of the bill was calculated on the total including tax. That’s a first — it’s usually done pre-tax. One word sums up our experience: Avoid.

I am not a big fan of the OG for several reasons, but I must say, when it comes to the taste of the food, this particular store has given be the best tasting dish as of yet … Came here with a friend. I was not too excited since the past experience I had with OG has not been pleasant, but I was willing to keep an open mind. FOOD: — Chicken and gnocchi soup was on point. I did ask for extra spinach but I guess that req went in one ear and out the other… — Breadsticks — eek. I guess theyre all the same anywhere. — Wheat fetuccine pasta with garlic alfredo sauce — for the first time in my OG experience, the pasta was NOT overcooked nor drenched in sub-par sauce. Everything was all good! — House Pinot Grigio — I strongly believe that they accidentally served me Riesling since that Pinot was way too sweet … but oh well, I did not feel like arguing. I also wished that the wine was more chilled. AMBIANCE: Roller chairs? really? CHAIRSWITHWHEELS? The carpet needs CPR and the whole feel of the place was not impressive at all SERVICE: server was friendly but a bit slow and forgetful, but it was still okay. All in all, it was a okay. Nothing impressive, but nothing too bad either.

I am writing a review only over the soup and salad lunch option. I came here during lunch for all you can eat soup and salad and left hungry! I have heard rumors that the Olive Garden on Cobb Parkway is/was slow, but I guess now I’ve experienced it in person! I came here with a group from work and we had to constantly ask for more soup, salad and breadsticks. Initially, our bowls were barely filled with any soup and we were given 1 breadstick per person. We kept asking for more food and experienced a good bit of lag between each set of food. Eventually they caved and gave us a bowl of soup instead of 4 teaspoons of broth. In Olive Garden’s defense, I think the waiter was new. I

Love the Zuppa Toscana soup. But I think I’m going to have to use the recipe I found online and start making it at home. Other reviewers have commented on the worn down appearance — and that’s true — and I think they must have suffered some water damage because when you first enter the establishment — there’s a stale, moldy smell — but once you clear that area — the smell is gone. .. Otherwise — who would eat here? But the reason they’re getting a two star review is because the servers /bartenders are just so surly and unfriendly. And I’m not even one of those people that expects you to grin and smile and be insanely bubbly. Just be somewhat friendly and personable — and don’t move around like you forgot to eat your Wheaties. I’ve been there at least 5 times in the last 3 months and the two chicks that alternate at the bar — are just too cool for school. Asking for a ‘to go’ cup and you’d think I’d asked this chick for one of her kidneys, she seemed so put out. Oh — and did I mention during one of my visits — they decided to have an employee meeting with 5 employees discussing things about the staff and employees — that NOCUSTOMER should ever be privy to!!! And I know they have a private dining room — so if this meeting was urgent — maybe they should have skeedaddled on in there instead of making me listen to you chew out your employees. So nutshell version — soups are good and prices are more than reasonable — but staff and interior — blech!

I love chain restaurants. There I said it! Food This is my work lunch olive garden. Salad is always perfect huge amount. Breadsticks — yum!!! The pastas are delicious comfort food. My favorites are ther Ravioli di Portobello($ 9.79 under 575 calories) and the Five Cheese Ziti($ 11.99) as always each entrée includes delicious salad and breadsticks. Quite a deal! Staff: I only get take-out. They always have my meal complete. Parking: They have quite a few take-out spots

The food appeared to be reheated. Table was clean. Food accuracy was good. The waiter staff needs more training in customer service immediately! We frequent here often and while placing our order, We told the waiter what we didn’t want on our food and before we could finish the waiter would responded, «It doesnt come with that! Note to management: This should never happen at a restaurant. This was the second restaurant within a week where we experienced this type of behavior.
