I am new to the area and was really nervous leaving my dogs in the care of someone I didn’t even know, not to mention the keys to my place. However, I am happy to report Joyce’s partner Clarissa took great care of my fur babies! I got a couple of detailed daily updates. Both of my dogs were their normal happy selves when I arrived home. I will absolutely be using On The Spot again in the future.

I’ve been using On the Spot now for almost a month. I can’t say enough great things about this company. I was using another Smyrna based company before and was extremely unsatisfied. From the time I met Joyce and Tyler, I knew that this was a great fit. Both were super comfortable around my two big, bully breed babies (100 lbs and 70 lbs), and they took the time to get to know each dog. I get daily updates from Tyler when he comes, and I don’t have to worry about them anymore when I’m at work.
One of my babies is going through HW treatment for Stage 3 HWs, and Tyler is very accommodating to the differing needs of both dogs — taking one out on a leash, bringing her back inside, and going to play ball with the other.
I’m so happy that On the Spot was recommended to me, and I look forward to using them for a long time to come!

Joyce and her team are great! We have been using them for about 6 months now and are so happy and at ease knowing our dogs are well taken-​care of during the day. We love getting the daily texts and photos of what the dogs did each day. Joyce is always so responsive and flexible with our ever-​changing schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a pet-​sitter/​dog-​walker!

Joyce is great! Highly reliable and my two babies love her. I have an older dog and a puppy so they have different needs. She stays in touch with me every day, after every visit to let me know how they are doing. Having them stay in their own environment keeps them settled and happy. I would recommend On the Spot to anyone.

Joyce is someone I truly trust with my Frenchie. She has been taking care of him for over a year whenever we go on trips or even on very short notice. She is super attentive to my dog’s needs which are kind of high because he has a special diet. When we are away she writes personalized emails of what she did with him that day. When I needed her help on short notice she made time to come and watch my dog almost immediately.
We never kennel our dog, so we have had Joyce stay overnight with him at our home. She is professional, prompt, personable, and it’s very obvious that she loves animals. I am extremely happy that we found such a competent person to take care of our dog.
More than highly recommended!

We have been using Joyce as our petsitter for our Doberman for the past year and a half.
She is WONDERFUL! I can’t say enough great things about how sweet she is to our boy and how she lavishes him with affection and attention when we’re away.
After each visit we get an email letting us know how he’s doing and detailing the fun they had together.
It’s wonderful to know he’s in such good hands while we’re out of town.
I recommend Joyce wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a wonderful pet sitter who will give pets the kind of care they deserve! She is amazing!
