I would give zero stars if I could. Do not waste your time trying to get into this location, Go to the Windy Hill or Downwood locations. It’s a shame too, because they are literally in my back yard but not worth the attitudes & lunch break priorities. I walked out — I’m a clinician and found their behavior incredibly unethical.

The Admin staff do not return phone calls and they forget to book appointments. Their computer system is blamed for their inadequacies. The Therapists attend to two Clients at a time, so you will not get the full attention required for your recovery or what your insurance is paying for. While attending to one Client, they are shouting instructions across the room to the second Client. The equipment is old and not sanitized after each Client’s use. The ice packs are so old that they are held together by duck tape but still fall apart. There are no conveniences for Clients. This is not a pleasant experience.

Somewhat conflicted feelings here since the more you’re forced into pain and pushing yourself, the better, and my five star review comes as I’m constantly healing myself from the healing process they have me on to heal myself. From the ladies at the front desk to all the therapists themselves, you’re immediately greeted and treated from the moment you step in to that which you step out with respect, genuine care, and professionalism. So often in the medical fields you’ll come across contemptuous workers who shuffle their feet and act like they can’t be bothered to do their jobs, much less to do them in a manner that indicates that you’re important. None of that here. Everyone is positive, smiles, and give you the individualized time you both require and deserve. You will be taken care of.
