I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia many years ago, due to debilitating arm, leg and neck pain and migraines. I went to other pain and spine clinics who ordered dozens of tests including x-​rays and MRI’s (never of my spine) and took dozens of medications that masked my pain but never stopped it.
Dr. Hilgenhurst sent me for an MRI of my spine and it turns out I have a herniated disk in my neck and disk and facet disease in my lower back which explains all of my symptoms.
After injections, I am pain free for 6 – 9 months at a time and have so far avoided surgery and rarely need medication.
great doctor who really cares about his patients being diagnosed correctly and receiving the proper treatment.
