I came here with a friend, our waiter was Ajin — very considerate, he gave Martin plenty of time to look over the menu before ordering. Lobster and shrimp very tasty, as the lobster sauce was also very good. Fine stuffed mushrooms, grilled asparagus, and cheddar biscuits right on the mark. Also surprised by, and very glad to see Valerie currently employed here — who was one of my favorite servers ever, formerly serving with a smile at Boneheads.

Service was great, our waiter for the night, Darcy, was fun and engaging. Definitely try the mussels.

We frequently eat at Red Lobster and enjoy their food. The prices are good. I love the Cheddar Bay biscuits, I just wish they would bring back the applesauce. It was a winning combination for me. The Walt’s Shrimp seems to have changed«for the better»! Their baked potato, while small, is always cooked to perfection.

I visited the red lobster after many years of passing by with out stopping in. Everything still looked and smelled as it did 12 years ago. I met a good friend at the bar. She had already ordered drinks. I sat at the bar for a good 10 min chatting and catching up with my friend before anyone asked if I’d like something. I flagged down the bartender and ordered the same thing as my friend. A frozen colada! The drink tasted good. But there was not that much alcohol in it, which was kind of disappointing. Moving on, the manager, or I assume he was the manager because he wore a yellow, crisp collar shirt walked around and asked everyone at the bar if they were OK and if the food tasted good. For some odd reason he kept skipping over me and my friend. The second time he made his rounds with out stopping to acknowledge us, I stared him in the face. He kept his face straight ahead with out even a glimpse our way. I felt so ignored. Not only did I need something because I was served food with out water, napkins or silverware but I was trying to order another drink as well. I finally gave up. The bartender finally checked back on me(after my food was gone) and asked if I needed anything. After so many years, I would hope that I would have good reasons to return to this restaurant, but I dont. Bad service will never make me want to come back.

This Red Lobster is the slowest. My family and I decided to come eat dinner here and wish we didn’t. It took 10 minutes before we met our waitress. Nobody came to check on us and my brother looked at, whom we assume, was the manager and he sent a waitress. The waitress was slow too. She forgot my drink and it eventually came halfway through my meal. We would ask for condiments and it would take her a good 15 minutes until she would bring the items back. If you can help it… don’t go here! It’s totally not worth it.

Large selection of seafood and a very good one at that. I ordered the grilled salmon with shrimp with salad on side and mashed potatoes. The salmon was delicious with the buttery sauce dripping with each bite. Shrimps were perfectly cooked and crunchy. My friend also ordered the shrimp three way, grilled, batter fried and in a pasta. Delicious! Huge portions! Beware! I suggest sharing so that u can try more than one dish each. The salad was served as the first course with the best balsamic dressing I’ve ever tasted and biscuits that were so warm and absolutely to die for. I ordered for the warm apple pie with ice cream to take away for my husband. Lovely texture and a great balance between sweet candies apple and the savoury pastry. This came with the most delicious ice cream ever!!! Thick and creamy… yum! This place calls for many more visits since the menu was very enticing and the ambience was classy fine dining. Good place to get some quality seafood.

Went to the AYCE shrimp a while back. They stopped coming by the table after a while to serve. Not happy.

The food was okay. Our server appeared to be completely disinterested in serving as we had to repeat and request things several times. The carpet and flooring may also need to be cleaned as there was a hint of sour smell to the restaurant itself. Other than those two things it was an okay experience.

Tawanna M. Was a really great server. The food came out fast and fresh. She didn’t rush me and allowed me to enjoy my food. It’s been a long time I went to a restaurant and had exceptional service. I really appreciate her taking the time to be professional and courteous.

The times i come there is a long wait, it seems like i want to eat here when everyone wants to come lol but its not red lobsters fault. every server I have ever gotten has made up for my long wait in personality, professionalism, and going the extra mile to make sure my order(s) are correct. There has only been one issue with my food to where it had to be sent back, the manager personally apologized because the ball got dropped somewhere, it happens. she took 10% off my purchase and gave me a complimentary dessert. In all honesty I didn’t want anything but my food but it was nice the manager exceeded my expectations. When I say 1 issue with my food that’s pretty damn good because I have been coming to this location for years. 4 out of 5 stars because they need to stay on top of keeping those restrooms tidy and the floors free of previous patrons food that fell on the floor under the table. Besides that, great job!

I’ll start off by saying i’m not a huge fan of seafood but I got dragged in here by my fiancé who had a gift card from his birthday; it’s his favorite place. We came around 4 in the afternoon on a Friday. It wasn’t very busy and we were seated quickly. After we were seated our server took forever to greet us, but when she did she was very nice and quick after that. The menu is huge! My boyfriend and I ended up getting a plate to share and it was amazing! Like I said before, I’m not a fan of seafood but the coconut shrimp is great! And those biscuits are to die for! I would come back in a heartbeat!

I called in to order a Salmon salad, and was told 15 minutes. 40 minutes later I’m still waiting. On a salad! And I hate complaining to management but I’m on a lunch break and this place is empty. What’s the problem? Never again. I do not recommend ordering from here unless you have time to burn. Sad part is I ate at this location before, and enjoyed my time. But, this was about a year or so ago.

Delicious biscuits, awesome alcoholic beverages and spectacular service. However, shame on me for wasting money on the entrees at RL. I was very disappointed at the rubbery textured, seasonless fish as well as the extremely salty salad. I will never dine in or out at red lobster again… three times a disappointment, waste of time and money.

We arrived and were told that there would be a thirty minute wait. We were given a pager and sat outside. We watched as other peoples pagers went off and names were called. Then we noticed that people that had shown up after us were being seated. We brought it to the front desks attention. A manager apologized profusely. Had us sat right away and offered us a complementary appetizer because we had been forgotten about. Manager told us that our server would take good care of us. Then … Amber W came to our table. That’s when things went from bad to just being flat out miserable. I can think of a handful of times in my life that I’ve experienced service so bad, that it ruined my entire evening … And now Amber W and Red Lobster can be added to this small list. My «Fresh» Alaskan King Crab Legs were ice cold. Parts were warm, but parts being ice cold? How can those be fresh /steamed and still be ice cold? Unless … They were actually frozen. The sides were not edible. Corn that was frozen, then heated and then reheated. French fries that were over salted and cold. Amber W … Never brought us water. Never offered a refill for our sodas. Never brought us any additional biscuits. Never asked if our food was ok. When she brought our entrees, she asked if we needed anything else … Then was irritated when we pointed out that things were missing. Trying to flag her down for the simplest of requests(like asking for a glass of water) was frustrating. By the end of the meal, she didn’t ask if we wanted desert. More of a rude … «No dessert?» and then dropped the check on our table. And … Surprise! That«free» appetizer was on the bill. When we had to flag her down, bring her back and explain that the manager had offered to comp our appetizer? We were subjected to more hostility and negativity. No … «I’m sorry» or «let me fix that». Instead we were interrogated, as if we were making it up. Then she left to find the manager to make sure it was true. She brought back the adjusted check and said«here it is» and walked away. Amber W took what might have been a very pleasant evening(despite the mediocre frozen food) and made it one of the most upsetting restaurant experiences that I have ever had. My girlfriend is nicer than I am. She felt that we should still leave Amber W a tip. I thought we should’ve left nothing. I’m still upset that I spent $ 65 … Parts of the meal inedible. Thirsty. Irritated. Subjected to long waits and horrible service. Some people write bad reviews because they hope the can get something for free out of it. Let me be crystal clear when I say … I want nothing from Red Lobster. No free anything. I will never set foot in another Red Lobster ever again. The only reason that I’m writing this review? I hope that others take the time to read it, and avoid making the same mistake that I did.

The best biscuit I’ve ever had in Atlanta! The service is unbelievable nice, with hot manager and friendly server. Had coupon for the appetizer. The crab was so nice!!! And the trio was really nice!
