Excellent service. I got their a few minutes late. They weren’t mad and they didn’t let someone take my spot. The paperwork was filled out and the exam started promptly once it was complete. The first thing they had me to do was the norm and that was looking out of each eye at the eye charrt. I had a tough time figuring out which line I stopped seeing at, but the nice lady there was extremely patient. Next up was some kind of flash machine. I believe the function was the same as dilution. It checked the parts of that you can’t see. After that, I went to a machine that took a picture 99 my eyes. It looked like a red dot in the distance. I don’t know what exactly the function was. I’m not if she told me and I don’t remember or if she didn’t say it at all. The last machine with her was a pressure checker machine. It blew a puff of air into your eyes to see the pressure. Not sure the actual medical reasoning. That didn’t bother me. Later, I went to the optometrist. She gave me the usuals. The machines that actually check your prescription. There were tons of lenses to go through. Some differences were unclear, but the doctor was patient with me. At the end, she showed me the difference without the lenses and I was like woah, am u seeing the same chart? After my prescription was recorded, next on the to-do list was picking the frames. This was the hard part. The selection available to you feels endless and includes Luxottica brands: Ray-Ban, Oakley, Dolce & Gabbana. They also had extra brands which were DKNY, Merona, Mossimo, and Converse. They had lots of stylish frames. The people who are suppose to help you choose are patient and tell you what looks good on you which makes you feel good. I ended up choosing the Ray-8704 which were Gunmetal Black and made of Titaniums. They tell you lens options and pricing. The service was satisfying. The removal of one star was due to the wait being 7 – 10 business days. However, I still recommend it.
