I had the pleasure of eating here at the Smyrna Food Truck for Dessert. The Nutella Banana Crêpe was out of this world. The ingredients are simple but the crêpe was just so amazing. Light, fluffy, and didn’t get soggy with the toppings. Great owner was super sweet when we ordered our crêpe! They also have savory crepes which I will be trying next time.

Friendly couple Mike and Joann runs this little food truck. When I saw «Wild Alaskan Salmon Crêpe on the menu, I just had to try it. Moist and tasty crumbled salmon melted in my mouth, it felt like I was eating at a bistro, didn’t expect this quality of food from a food truck. (needless to say, I often beg them to make more of it!)
On July 4th weekend, they had the red, blue and white crêpe (strawberry, blueberry and whipped cream) one of my favorite sweet crepes from them, but the whipped peanut butter with banana crêpe is so good… (I wish they have that as a regular menu item)
