I wanted to say how happy I was with the service I got here. Most of the time I try to fix my computer problems on my own, or I take the computer to one of the big box stores. The last time my computer had a problem and I took it to one of those stores, the repair guy (who I think was really a salesman) just kept saying I should buy a new one.
I took the same computer to the Tech Savers, and they fixed it right up. There was no pushy sales tactics. The price was right. The store is around the corner from our house.
I think I’ll be coming back here again. It was a lot easier to have them fix the problem than for me to mess with it – which will make my wife happy. She always says if I fix one thing, I break another.
