Great customer service! Had a nail in my tire, made early am appt, done in a jiff! And the best part, it was FREE with no pressure to purchase a thing! I have bought from them in the past and service was excellent then too. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. Rates are reasonable and probably about the same as you would find elsewhere, but here the service stands out. They patched a tire for me for free, so I came back when I needed to buy a new full set a few months later. They didn’t have my desired tires in stock so they upgraded me to the next higher tire at the same price. They never pushed me to go for high price tires or additional services. It helps to call them on the phone rather than use their website. The website doesn’t always work, but when you call a real live person will answer the phone and take care of anything for you. They are a full service mechanic, not just tires. So I will come back when my car needs its next service.

Poor time management.
Made an appointment for 10. I had a slow leak in my tire. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes for them to plug the tire. What’s the point of an appointment? What a waste of my time.

Great service always. TireDiscounters has a screen in the lobby posting your wait time. It’s better than the airlines screen. Complementary snacks. Real good deals also. Friendly employees. They will make it right. 2015.

As I sit here waiting to have my tires put on. 2 hrs into it, I am kinda over it. We live in a world where we don’t want to wait. 2 – 3 hrs to put tires on and alignment? I would love to give 5 stars but I cant. Are they busy? Never more then 4 people waiting from what I can see. Need to hire more tech!!!

Found a nail in my 4Runner and called Tire Discounters since they were recently new to the area and I like to give new business a chance to earn my business, bring it in we can deal with it straight away, was there in ten minutes, they took the vechile back and not only repaired the one tire but rotated it with my spare and swapped over the rim too, all completely FREE of any charge, agent didn’t try to sell me anything else and the CSR that served us was extremely polite and helpful, (sorry didn’t catch he’s name) thank you TD we will return when we need tires, that’s what customer service is all about

I have to say I was disappointed with the attempt at service I received. I used the internet, just like I have had success with the competition, but had no luck with the salesperson.
I was inquiring about a certain tire they have online. The salesperson quickly told me they didn’t have that one but tried to sell a cheaper quality tire. When I told them I didn’t want such a poor quality tire I received a «well they did not have the other tire» at which time I ended the conversation. Never offered to order the tire they list online?
Good thing there are other tire sellers in the immediate area that do care about service.

I was driving from St. Louis to Atlanta, and had driven through some bad weather. One of my tires had gotten pretty low, so I filled it up at a nearby gas station and let it sit while I grabbed dinner. I could tell it was leaking, so luckily Discount Tire was nearby. Went in, they patched the tire (no charge!!) and sent me on my way in under an hour. The guys are great and efficient, plus they offer free kuerig coffee and water. Back on the road!

The staff is friendly & I feel that the prices are good. I bought 4 tires that came with a $ 100 gift card. The tires come with free rotation & balancing, which the balancing can cost about $ 80 for 4 tires normally. The staff is friendly & helpful, but I also always feel like they’re trying to add more to the bill, «do you want to get some rims» etc.
