Stay away! It’s the worst hospital in Tennessee. We have been there twice at the emergency room. We waited 4 hours just to see a doctor and we still didn’t even see one. We left because we got tired of waiting.

Emergency room is awful! Every room is very hot and we had to wait over an hour and a half to even see a dr. What a JOKE!!! This is the closest hospital to my home and so we come here when we need ER care. But this ER sucks!

Surgery is so not a fun thing, but Stonecrest Medical Center managed to keep me calm, comfortable and cool during my recent surgery. 1st off, parking is really easy and ample. It was very easy for me to crutch to the waiting area. Aside from a not so hospitable intake clerk, getting to my room and waiting for the surgery was easy. The doctors and nurses are very professional, but have a way with connecting with patients to make you feel not too nervous. I ended up staying overnight and my true food neediness came out. My surgery was scheduled late in the afternoon and I do believe in my heart, I went under hangry. When I was able to eat again — breakfast was awesome and so was my lunch of chicken stir fry. It was almost too much food for me to eat. The nurses are very attentive here too. I did not wait if I needed assistance and they made regular rounds. Very pleased with the service here. I would suggest it to anyone!

Had to rush my wife into the emergency room. She was taken immediately, and they said the insurance paperwork could wait. Everyone, from reception, to nurses, techs and the doctor were professional, caring and simply amazing! The facility is modern, extremely clean and well staffed. By far, the best hospital experience we’ve ever encountered!

My son was running a high fever and it was just past 6, so that ruled out going to urgent care or the doctor. We walked into Stonecrest into a clean, quiet waiting area. The woman who checked us in was not hospitable, at all. Which just seems wrong to me. She is the first person you interact with, she sets the tone for how the visit is going to go. Let me tell you, at this point it did not look good. BUT I am pleased to say that our visit was not a negative expirience. The woman who did triage was very friendly and helpful. We were taken back to a waiting room maybe ten minutes after arriving. The short wait time was refreshing. The doctor that helped us was very nice and did really good with my two year old, which I am sure everyone knows is quite the challenge. The nurse we had was also very nice and courteous. The only problem after that is that we spent an hour sitting in our room waiting on results.(which may or may not actually be in their control: P) Upon leaving we were asked to pay the copay and it turns out if you pay it before leaving you get 20% off and it is $ 80 rather than $ 100. The people at discharge were very accomodating and quick, it was all together a good expirience. I am not going to let than one negative person over shaddow the others that were so welcoming and helpful. Thank you for making a negative situation end on a lighter note :)
