Zaxby’s

One of our favorite places to eat! My son is here on his way to and from work all the time! You will not be disappointed and will enjoy the indescribably delicious food!

Always get good food here, service is good, and food comes out quickly. No complaints.

Chicken over cooked. It’s a chicken place. Way over cooked. They owe me a meal. Don’t see them regretting giving me such a bad meal so I don’t see this working out for me since I paid them for a good meal and got a bad meal.

I was torn between giving this place 2 stars or 3.
Food:
The Fried White Cheddar bites were delicious! Tasted like mini mozzarella sticks! The onion rings were very good. Amazingly they were still good and not soggy when I got to eat them. My only disappointment were the chicken fingers. They were soggy.
The sauces were gross. For a meal that cost over 10 bucks they should at least trick you and put them in plastic cups.
Service:
A little slow, but it’s my understanding they make them food to order.
I’ll be back. I’m bored with my lunch choices at work.

Wings are small, like really really really small. It’s Zaxbys you know what you’re getting quality wise. But the wings OMG they are small!
The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.
Careful walking out into the parking lot we almost got hit by someone pulling into the drive-​thru.
Did I mention the wings are small?

Order 20 piece chicken with sauce on the side. Asked for 2 different sauce. Was told «can’t split sauces… you have to place 2 orders of 10 for a $ 1 more…» Well ok, whatever., that’s a pretty dumb rule. it’s this type of stupidity that makes a person not want to come back.

I went to Zaxbys for lunch today and ordered the Chicken Ceasar Salad. The girl behind the counter looked at me so strange when I brought the salad back and ask for the croutons that went in it. You think I asked her for the moon.
On top of that the counter where you get your condiments etc was filty. I went to the counter and something to the young lady working anf her answer was «I will get to it when I have »

Had never been to a Zaxby’s so tried it out. Thought it would be more than fried chicken fingers, so was disappointed.
You order at a central counter and given the simple menu the food is ready in minutes. It don’t take long or much to punch out salty deep-​fried chicken tenders.
The menu is variations or, «how many ways can you serve chicken strips pretending that it is something special?» Have them as a plate with crinkle fries? How about on a bun as a sandwich, with or without crinkly fries? Or on top of lettuce as a salad? Or… just in a small bag by themselves?
A slightly spiced thousand island dressing goes as Zax Sauce. It was good with the crinkle fries and flavorful.
Iced tea was good. Drinks were self-​serve.
After this exciting repast I decided to forgo the chance of winning part of $ 1000 in daily prizes by making a guest satisfaction survey.
If you like chicken tenders, Zaxby’s is your place!

Busy as heck thru the drive thru but quick going inside. always taste the same and good.

This was our first visit to a Zaxby’s. We saw it under construction & wanted to check it out. So we had our date night dinner here before going grocery shopping. The place is very clean-​they even had an employee who looked like his main job is to go around & wipe the counters & tables. We took a few minutes to decide what we wanted since it was our first time & I was a bit surprised that the staff behind the counter didn’t ask if we needed any help. When we were finally ready to order, the employee who took our order was courteous & pleasant. Our food was ready extremely quick-​we were shocked by the almost-​no wait for it. When we sat down, we tried everything & in all honesty, we were a bit disappointed. The fries weren’t good without ketchup & the chicken tenders were *very* salty & not «amazing» like everyone always claims. I wasn’t impressed by the Zax sauce either — it seemed to make the already-​too salty tenders even more salty! One huge plus for this place was that the employee who was wiping down counters came by our table & asked if it was our first time here, and we said yes. He welcomed us & gave us each a free cookie — I got white chocolate macadamia nut & hubby got chocolate chip. The cookies were really good & that was really nice of him to do that. But overall, we’re just not impressed. We may come back & try the wings.

I’ll start by saying that I am a fan of zaxby’s and have been eating their food for years. I’ve been through the drive-​thru of this new location 3 times and all 3 times my order has been incorrect. The first time, I chalked it up to a new team still working out the kinks in their process. The second time, I caught it before leaving and went inside to retrieve the missing piece of my order. No apology or acknowledgement of wrong-​doing. Today was my third time through the drive-​thru and it’s really my own fault for not thoroughly checking my order before driving away. Two of the three entrees were wrong. For those of you wondering why the service is so slow (as I’ve seen mentioned in other reviews), it’s because I’m at the window going through each and everything I order to ensure its correct before driving away.

One word… SLOW! I know they claim to not be a «fast food» type restaurant, but let’s face it, we all expect it to be. I’ve been to a few Zaxby’s before. This is by far the slowest one I’ve been to. Maybe if the employees were more focused on working instead of playing around.

Addicted to their grilled house «Zalad». Doesn’t even need dressing! Also love their spicy fried mushrooms for a rewarding cheat meal.
