Belk Department Store

The women at the clinique counter were rude. One lady finally helped me. She slapped a glob of makeup on my face and told me to blend it. No thats your job. I looked like a freaking clown. Not a good experience.

Worst Belk the young guy at the front in men’s is lack luster. Acts as if he does not want to be there. The Older woman back is children’s is nice. Yet has her days. Over all they act perturbed to work. I am sorry I inconvenience you to shop at your store. I don’t even get a hello or eye contact. So I will not any more I’ll drive to Phipps Plaza when I live in Snellville.

I will give it two star because I do like their merchandise, but from now on I will go out of my way to avoid this location. Which is a shame because I live exactly 1.5 miles from the store. The employees here are rude, and do NOT want to help you. Yesterday was the last straw. I had to return a pair of pants, I approached the employee, (that rung the pants when I bought then and was RUDE then too!) said «excuse me, I need to make a return» she at me with a «you’ve got to be kidding» look on her face and said «in a minute.» Then she directed me to jewelry. I went to the jewelry department to return, and the girl was on the phone, she said «you trying to return clothing in jewelry?» I said «yes and she (pointing to Karen, I think that was her name) sent me over here». She reluctantly said to the person on the other end of the phone «I call ya back». She then yelled over to «Karen» and said «Ms. Karen, you send her over here»? like I was lying! She finally did my return, never ONE WORD! When I was done I walked by ‘Karen’ and also from her, not one word. This was not a busy time of day, it was Sunday evening at 6:30, I can count on one hand how many customers were in the store. The service at this location has been going downhill steadily within the last two years, yesterday was the last straw. Unfortunately there are a couple of very nice employees there but the rude ones make it very hard to want to spend my money at this location. Which is sad I’m a very good Belk customer and always choose Belk over Macy’s. Belk managers and district managers, do a revamp of this store. All you have to do is send in some mystery shoppers they’ll tell you who The rude slackers are.

This place is awful. Instead of doing their jobs, the entirety of the staff was standing near the entrance gossiping and having a good olé time.
Normally you’d have the size of the garment corresponding to the number/​size on the hanger; however, I can’t even count the times I picked up a garment saying XL and being disappointed because it was actually a S.
No one approached me to offer service until I was on my way out. And at that moment, I was that asshole who doesn’t respond and just stares at you like you just said the dumbest thing in the world.
Come on show some professionalism people.

Ever since they remodeled a couple of years ago, the womens department has been incredible! Big selection, excellent sales, helpful and very nice sales staff. Always a go to place when I need something new!
