I had engineered flooring installed by this Carpet Depot. They never seemed to get it right with installing (they came out three times to try and solve problems, but only made it worse). I have gaps between floor boards, 70+ staples in one section of flooring, and flooring that gives. I was told I had a year warrenty, yet they ignored my phone calls. Beware of this business, a five year old could do better!

Awesome service, price, and selection. My husband is OCD and couldn’t make up his mind. Was wearing the staff out with questions and changing his mind. Bottom line the staff stayed cool and helpful. And prices are great. Top notch experience.
