The staff goes out of their way(for a fast food restaurant) to get you your food on time. If you order just a drink in the drive thru, for example, they will walk out of the store to give you the drink as soon as it’s ready. Very friendly service too. Furstenberg time I ordered food here they burnt my bagel, but then redid it when I showed it to them. For a dunkin they definitely stand out.

Honestly, it was the worst service ever because there’s not many locations to choose from in the area. And, to be treated with the worst respect I’ll just go somewhere else.

The service isn’t all that great, the donuts are even worse. If you like mass produced old donuts, this is the place for you. Why would anyone even come here if Donut King is 5 minutes away?! It’s like comparing cheap ground beef to a steak.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is great. They always have great customer service and are quick to serve. 4⁄5 star only because I’ve had a few issues with incorrect orders, which they were happy to correct.

I’ve came here three times. The first time I used the drive thru and got a donut and dunkaccino, both were pretty good. Second visit I went in and ordered the same thing, it was empty so service was quick. The only negative was my dunkaccino tasted very watery. I came back a third time for a half dozen donuts, waited forever in line just to get to the front and be told there were no glazed donuts. That’s the most basic donut! There were barely any other donuts either. How does a donut shop not have donuts? The male cashier stated that what ever I see is what they have and didn’t seem to care. You’d think they’d be making more in the back or something but nope. I left because of the lack of donuts and bad customer service. Went to another Dunkin Donuts that was much better stocked and friendly.

Donuts!!! This is what I live for, but at 2.30 they run out of my favorite flavor. How are you suppose to be a donut shop and run out of donuts? It’s like going to a gas station and they don’t have gas. What is the point of opening a gas station or a dunkin donuts. The location is decent. It’s hard to get in and out of the tiny place. The drive thru can really confuse you. The drive thru is in the front where you park. As you drive through the drive thru you go towards the back, and it’s pretty creepy back there. It looks like the walking dead just had a episode there. My first time going to this one was alright. I have to warn you. There is a desperate little boy in there. He flirts with everyone. He is about 18. I would say foreign. About 5’5 and named Justin. Other than the flirting, drive thru, and missing donuts. I think this place is alright.

Well, this location just did a remodel, so what better excuse to try it again… right? Building is freshly redone and looks a whole lot better than before! The interior is clean and much better laid out both on the floor and behind the counter. New furnishings look great and was much needed. Outside got a simple repaint with new signs, but that’s a lot better than the prior old sun-bleached look! The one Caucasian staff woman working was very nice and polite; she took the Fiancé’s and mine’s order, asked a few questions to fill the order fully, and efficiently processed our order with a smile and a thank you for coming in. Much improved from some of the prior staff here! Coffee was perfect and almost always tastes better than the Star chains burnt stuff! So, now that you have read this part of my updated review, I guess you are wondering why the low two star rating for this location? Simple… the Donuts SUCKED!!! YEP, Dunkin has lost it in the doughnut department!!! Face it, the biggest reason to go to Dunkin Donuts is for the Donuts!!! And this location just cannot seem to sell some half decent tasting and even semi-fresh donuts to save their life!!! Out of the dozen differing choices the Fiancé and me made, a Blueberry and Chocolate cake was the only semi-good tasting and semi-fresh of the bunch!!! The Crueler, Boston Creams, Apple Spice, Vanilla cream, and Oreo filled raised donuts where the worst of the bunch being semi-hard, crusty, stale lumps of chemically tasting garbage!!! UGH!!! Dunkin, what the Hell has happened to you?! Honestly, I grew up in the Cleveland Ohio area and was practically raised on Dunkin Donuts being the superior choice over all others; there really wasn’t much competition in the donut department other than a few family bakeries that where not nearby. I loved going to Dunkin and getting my sugar buzz well before I started drinking coffee, but I must say that Krispy Kreem easily beats Dunkin to a pulp in the donut department. Sorry Dunkin, this last trip has cemented my distaste in your donuts as sucking on a rotted pair of soggy gym socks would make me want to cut my tongue out. You just aren’t worth it anymore.

Stopped in for donuts one day, place is clean and the staff is nice enough. There wasn’t anything overly spectacular about this location. I can’t comment on the coffee cause I don’t drink it. If I’m craving DD again I’d come back. But with not much in the expectation department.
