I usually enjoy 5 below but yesterday was my first time at this specific location, and my last. Everything was fine until I went to check out. The cashier(older heavy set lady with short hair and lots of bracelets) had a poor attitude so I asked her how her day was, I’m in customer service and yes I know I should’ve been the one being greeted but I thought asking her would be an ice breaker. She mumbled fine, no eye contact. I went to use my debit card and she requested ID(it was raining and I forgot it in the car) I asked if I could use debit and input my pin she said no. I was about to send my husband to the car to get my id and then i asked him for his card so he didn’t have to go out in the rain. She yelled No! I need ID! My husband had his ID and Debit card so I told her to calm down he has his ID. This was pretty embarrassing for $ 9 worth of stuff. Theres one person she will not ever have to worry about. If she doesn’t like her job she should get another one. SMH

Imagine Dollar Tree and Big Lots had a baby. Welcome to Five Below! This is a good place for party gift bags, raffle baskets, or a place for your kids to spend the $ 10 they got from grandma. Not a place you would purchase you would want to purchase anything for personal consumption. Purchased some candy which was I found to be almost expired by 3 months. Unfortunately, I did not know it was expired until I started chewing.

This place has everything you didn’t know you needed. From graphic t-shirts to birthday cards, kids toys to free weights. A lot of stuff for kids stocking stuffers, Easter baskets and party favors. Clean, bright and a ton of candy I haven’t seen in years. Definitely worth a peek!!! And it’s all under $ 5!
