Hot Buys Furniture

My original post was deleted by Unilocal HQ by insinuating that my review was not firsthand knowledge. I promise you this is my FIRSTHAND experience. On July 3, 2015 a Hot Buys sales representative in the Hot Buys store sold me a couch and office chairs by taking cash and giving me a sales invoice. The sales representative continued to give me the run around every time I came into the store inquiring about my furniture. This went on for weeks, until August 14, 2015 when I entered the store and was informed that this sales representative no longer worked for the store. This Hot Buys sales representative stole $ 1334 from me. I spoke to the owner and manager and was informed that we were one of many families this employee stole from. When I tried to get my money back, the owner said he could get the furniture but not for that price. I paid more money and the store still did not deliver the furniture. Two weeks later I went back to the store and demanded my money and called the Gwinnett County Police. When the police arrived and the owner gave me a check for all the money I had paid. Save yourself the stress, the cheap prices aren’t worth the risk!
