So far my favorite Joann’s Super Store. They have great sales, yarn, book and button selection. The store is huge and though I live further away now I still occasionally drive over.

went to JoAnn’s after a bad experience at party store– I have been in this store a few times, and have always been able to find assistance.
When we checked out, we had the friendliest cashier. Her name was Cynthia, and as we check out, i mentioned stencils and she directed me to where they were, and halted the completion of the sale, with a smile Talked with with my partner about the party items we bought and party we were going to. She had a wonderful personality. She made the experience fun and genuinely expressed her appreciation we shopped with them. More store need employees like her. Job well done! Thank you Cynthia.

The service was poor. The ladies were short and did not want to acknowledge me. I stood there for 20 minutes. Another customer came up and they acknowledged her so I spoke to a manager and just left! Taking my business to hobby lobby.

So lucky to have a Jo-​Ann in my neighborhood. After shopping at other Jo-​Ann stores, I am happy to say the Snellville, GA meets all my expectations. The employees are so friendly and helpful throughout the store. And I am sure the remodeling has been a challenge.

I make the 45 minute drive out to this Joann’s because this is the best fabric and craft store in the area. The selection is massive and the staff is generally helpful. I can literally spend hours here.
If you are into any kind of crafting, you will find what you are looking for here. Scrapbooking, sewing, knitting, anything you can think of. One of the best things about Joann’s in that their coupons are amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever paid full price for anything here. Check the circular or download the mobile app before you go so that you can save some cash.

I love coming to this store, they always have a great selection of STUFF for every occasion. I signed up for their coupons and get them via e-​mail and they are great for things like 50% off items, and the staff is always friendly and very helpful in finding the things that I need.
