The staff is friendly, but the wait time at the registers are ridiculous. I don’t understand how there can be several people behind the counter but only 2 registers open. This has been an issue since it opened a few years ago.

Love «The Avenue @ Webb Gin» I have shopped at this NY&CO on numerous occasions. Good selection, clean, organized and pleasant staff. But, and yes there’s a BUT… the check-​out line wait times are ridiculous to put it mildly. Every time I come in here I get so frustrated when I’m ready to check-​out. There are like 4⁄5 registers and always only 1 or maybe two employees checking people out. The lines during the holiday shopping season are always really really bad. So ladies, if your in a rush you may want to visit one of the other women’s apparel stores which are located in «The Avenue @ Webb Gin.»

I really like this store. They have a large inventory. Store is spacious and has bright lighting.
Staff is friendly and always out on the floor straightening. I’ve never had to «find» an associate to help me with anything. I love that!
