Lousy service and the food was horrible. Maya our server could not be bothered by us.

I had a good over all experience at this red lobster. The waitress was outstanding and the speed of service left nothing to be desired. We never felt rushed nor unwelcome. However 38th a 50.00 Bill for 3 people I expect the food to be cooked to perfection. The popcorn shrimp came out very overcooked. It was very disappointing that all three meals couldn’t be enjoyed together. The waitress recognized the problem and brought a complete remake of the entire dish. I give this a 3 out of 5 and feel I will give it one more shot the next time I want seafood.

I’ve been a huge fan of red lobster since a kid. I went here for lunch with a friend and had a some sort of lunch special(can’t remember at this moment) a cup of clam chowder which I order every single time I go to red lobster and a super sized piña colada. The service was prompt, the place was moderately full but not overcrowded. Our server was nice, the food was fresh and quick and the bathroom was really clean for a public bathroom. I have no cons about this particular restaurant, besides the fact that it was really dark in there for afternoon. I would definitely go again!

Historically I have fell out of love with Red Lobster. The trip to Red Lobster on 3÷14÷2014 has significantly changed my mind. Our waiter was Jeffrey. Jefferey was quick and efficient! We ordered the Sweet Chili Shrimp as an appetizer. For dinner we ordered the Lobster lovers dream and a combination platter. When our appetizer came, Jeffrey noticed immediately we had been shorted some shrimp, so without even telling us, he submitted a new order(brilliant). The food was delicious. Jeffery was fast with our order, and timely with checking in. I have given this review 5 starts because that was the quality of our experience. Now, I have fallen back in love with Red Lobster!

Ok red lobster is just way over priced now. I can get better seafood at captain ds now. The service was ok was not the best they kept forgetting our drinks, there was hair in the dessert. Terrible just terrible

So disappointed that the bar harbor salad has been taken off the menu. Not only was it delicious but it is a whole lot healthier than most of the other fried and buttered items on their menu. With that being said service is terrific and kitchen is accommodating. Bring back the salad. Please! Without the salad I will not be coming here as often as I have been.

We have been going here for years and I have never encountered a problem. Even when they are busy, it never seems to take too long to be seated. They have a lot of tables and booths. I’ve heard that Red Lobster overall has fallen on hard times, but this location keeps going strong. The food has always been good for me. No complaints there. If I had to choose something to change it would be the atmosphere. I understand wanting a relaxing setting but its just a step too dark in there.

Excellent all around. Simply excellent. The food was great. The service was great. The night ran smoothly. The hostess was friendly. My only complaint is that there are no hush puppies. I grew up eating hush puppies and wish they had them here. Still, I couldn’t be happier with the service.

I am amazed that this eatery is still open. The name is all that is carrying this place because the food is surely not doing it. When one thinks Red Lobster, you may imagine all the tv commercials you’ve seen lately with steaming hot lobster, huge platters of fresh seafood, tossed salads with items that seem to burst out of the tv with goodness — when in fact — you enter this dark and almost foreboding building — if you can make it to the entrance — and you are greeted with none of what you saw on tv. Two — only two — pitiful lobsters were seen in the water tanks when we walked in. That was our first clue to turn heel and walk out, but no… We were just determined to get some of what we saw on tv. NEWSFLASH — that food doesn’t exist — at least not at this location. Fries are dry and cold. Fried shrimp is limp and salty. Broiled flounder could have been tilapia that was browned in a skillet — at least that is what I thought it was. Nothing was hot and really didn’t seem all that fresh. The portions were skimpy but the prices were not. And forget about the new menus, that weak overhaul only buys the server more time to give mediocre service — while you’re trying to figure out what is where in the menu. Honestly, we aren’t ever returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend anyone else eating here — ever. Save your money and the nonsense of dealing with a has-been eatery that should have closed its doors years ago.

Walking into the restaurant we got a semi-lifeless greeting from the hostess who did, however, seat us promptly. The server quickly arrived to take our drink order and came back in just minutes with our drinks to take our food order. After taking our food order, we waited, and we waited, and we waited some more. The server came back 3 times to say that our food«would be right out»…yeah…right… When we finally did get our entrees(45 — 50 minutes after placing our orders), the food was barely warm and almost tasteless. We noticed a table close to us that sent their food back for the same issue — it wasn’t hot. We were tempted to do likewise but didn’t feel like waiting until the Second Coming to get good hot food. Bottom line, I don’t think we will go back to this Red Lobster location, despite the fact that our server really tried… the rest of the restaurant isn’t up to the competition. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the condition of the restrooms — just plain nasty.

I have been here several times over the years and not until recently did I have the desire to write a review. First off when you walk in you are hit in the face with this horrible musty odor. I do not know if it was the lobster tank with the one lonely lobster or the carpet. It leaves you with the feeling that the place needs a good scrub down. Secondly, It was so dark you could not see across the room until your eyes adjusted. The place needs updating. Lose the lobster tank it is so 1970’s. Thirdly, the food was nothing to be impressed about. The only thing I liked was the biscuits and I have made better at home. The Cesar salad was limp, the shrimp was swimming in garlic butter and the lobster mashed potatoes were not impressive. The lobster was dry and chewy. However, the waitress we had was very polite. I will not be back to this location because of the smell and food.

I’ve been visiting this same Red Lobster location since I first moved to Snellville, and nothing has changed. The famous Cheddar Bay biscuits are still tasty, but if you’re not familiar with seafood and wine pairings, you won’t make the most of it. The service was alright, as far as middling-priced restaurants go, and the food was delicious. I ordered the garlic-seasoned mussel appetizer to start, which were delicious, and I’m not a mussel fan! For my main course I had the seaside shrimp trio – which is my usual. For anyone who doesn’t know it consists of fried shrimp, shrimp scampi, and shrimp linguini alfredo. I can never finish the entire thing so I usually end up taking it home with me along with my biscuits. All in all, if you’re feeling seafood, I’d come here. It’s not top-knotch but it is pretty good and decently price. Having lived right by the ocean for the last two years, I’ve been spoiled by fresh-caught seafood and yes there is a world of difference between having a mussel fresh from the water and having it rushed in ice inland to seafood restaurants.

It took a long time for our server to greet us and bring us our drinks. The hostess didn’t even say bye to us! No manager in sight.

Not a fan of these types of places but whatever. It was crowded(typical of any restaurant in the area on a weekend) and there was a wait but our food came out relatively quickly. The only thing I really enjoyed were the biscuits(obvi) and I can make those at home thanks to the Internet. Will I return? Probably not. Or maybe. If they have a bar. Do they have a bar?

I rarely do chain restaurants. I just love supporting the small business owners, plus almost half the time the food, and customer service sucks! Lol! Anyway we had a great server and the food was fresh, and hot. Our App, and food came out at a good time. Will return here…

Thursday evening Our waitress started out saying our service was going to be «exceptional» Nothing so far has even been close to that. The service was Slow! We ran out of bread and I refuse to ask for it. Since our waitress is «exceptional» she should have noticed it. The empty salad bowls were just sitting on our table until our main course came out. The only way I was able to get a refill was to put my empty glass at the end of the table. So she noticed the empty glass but didn’t notice the empty bread basket. The table behind us already received their second basket. They also were constantly checked on. The crazy part is… we have the same waitress. Not only was she refilling their glasses but asked them if they wanted dessert. Btw I did want dessert. Then the wait time for her to come back and give us our check. I shouldn’t have to chase down the waitress for her to come to the table. The finish it off the manager walked by when we had empty glasses and nothing was done. Lastly the table behind us received a good night and thank you when they were leaving and I didn’t even get a wave.

3.5 Stars This is a Red Lobster so, if you’ve been to one you’ve been to them all. Decent spot for some, as Unilocal puts it, «A-OK» seafood. They run deals sometimes that make their prices a little more manageable but for the most part i always walk away thinking I paid a little too much for the food I ate. If you live in a landlocked city or suburban area without a lot of local seafood places, eat at a Red Lobster but please please please don’t call it your«night out». .5 star extra for Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Cheers!

I have been here a dozen times. I love this place… food is always fantastic. I have to practice self control around the cheddar bay biscuits. I can live off of these and the creamy, tangy caesar salad. The restaurant was remodeled some time back. Last time I nearly had to be removed from my booth with a tow truck after going crazy on the all you can eat shrimp special– coconut shrimp, shrimp scampi, parmesan shrimp, and shrimp alfredo linguini. I am not sure how I was able to pack in the 6 shrimp entrees I ate that day. The rice pilaf and roasted vegetables were also awesome. I am partial to the salmon st. orleans too.

Red Lobster was a great little seafood place before Michelle Obama got involved and teamed up with Red Lobster and Provino’s to control Yes, Control what and how much Americans eat. It was Michelle Obama’s idea to implement«portion control» which has destroyed the Red Lobster Restaurant Chain, not just the one in Snellville but All of them. The Obama’s plan to totally control our lives and tricked right down to the restaurants we eat at. Before Obama, you could get a captains feast and you couldn’t even see the plate because there would be so much food. Now, it’s all empty plate a few morsels of food. The price however. The price didn’t decrease so. Not only are we getting less, we’re paying more. That’s right people. I knew Michelle Obama teamed up with Red Lobster and Provino’s but I didn’t think it would come to smaller portions. The first time we got the smaller portions we thought it was a fluke but the second time, I had to inquire to the manager about the morsels of food and he stated that they were doing this healthy thing teaming up with Michelle Obama. You can Google it, Now, I have to find another place to eat seafood. In the meantime Michelle Obama is going on 2 million dollar vacations, eating two thousand dollar meals with no portion control or spending control for that matter. The food is still good, there’s just a lot less of it. Great!

Servers are now called sea food experts along the new corporate marketing line. Wanted to have some fun and ask mine about the current shrimping industry economy but didn’t! :-) The popular cheddar biscuits were piping hot as was the clam chowder. Always delicious. The salad was fresh and chilled which is a must in my opinion, The entrée was the shrimp and scallop garlic Alfredo pasta… Very tasty and a generous and portion which gave me something more to bring home! Part of the 4 course deal for $ 15.00 included a desert. I selected the hot fudge brownie which left me completely satisfied and stuffed! While not your mom and pop favorite seaside restaurant destination, Red Lobster is a great substitution for the land locked seafood fix!
