Rice Box

Delivery was way too long. almost an hour and a half. No call/​text to explain, no explanation given at door. nothing, just here’s your food. Very rude! I ordered the shrimp rolls, crab Rangoon and honey chicken. The shrimp had a puddle of grease at the bottom of the box, the crab filling was very sweet and the honey chicken was mediocre at best. I will not order from them again. Spend your money on more authentic food. Even Panda Express is better than this joint.

It’s pretty good Americanized Chinese food. My husband had the pad Thai. It had a different flavor I could not quite place. Not like Thai food. My spicy basil dish was not very Thai at all. It had Chinese food brown sauce not the traditional Thai fish based sauce. The best thing about the food was the vegetables. They were plentiful and fresh. Probably the healthiest Chinese food in the area. The crispy dumplings were very good. I will be eating here again, but trying a different dish.

Horrible experience. A container of our rice was left off. I called to let them know. The order taker said they would have someone bring it back in 45 minutes. First of all, that was too long as the person missing their rice only had chicken. To top it off the rice was never delivered to us! Also, the food was quite mediocre. The chicken was not all the way done and looked a bit pink. The rice was bland. Don’t waste your money. I’m a loyal customer to any company who treats me well but I will never order from Rice box again

I’ve always had a great experience at ricebox. The food is always made fresh to order. The restaurant is clean and fresh. The employees are friendly and pleasant and greet you with a smile. I’ve had delivery a few times and it’s been quick and very satisfactory. The only negative thing I would say is that they aren’t open on Sunday but you have to rest at some point. They continue to be my new favorite Asian takeout restaurant. Keep up the good work!!!

Talking about one of the worst chinese food my family ever eaten.
There was a spill as soon as we walked in and none of the employees seem to care to clean it up. We ate inside and the spill was even still there until we left. All they did just put the sign next to the spill that says wet floor. Okay i thought i can just ignore the spill by eating the food that were presented. The food were aweful, they are like goop with flood of brown sauce, i meant flood! Is this supposed to be a stir fry or brown soup mixture? We had to throw the remaining away.
We are not coming back or recommend this place to anyone.

So I’ve ordered from them 3 times and each time was a pleasant experience. The are very courteous and polite. Each order was for delivery and the food arrived very quickly, much sooner than the delivery timeframe provided. The food was always well packages with no leaking. The food was also still very hot. All the condiments I asked for were provided (xtra sweet and sour sauce, duck sauce, soy sauce, hot oil). They missed utensils in one order but that didn’t warrant a star deduction in my opinion. I’ll just be sure to ask for it next time.
Over the course of 3 orders I’ve had the crab Rangoon and wings as appetizers. The crab Rangoon were delish and always. I wasn’t crazy about the wings only because of the sauce. I ordered citrus bbq hoping it was sweet but it was more tangy so I’ll stick with lemon pepper (my usual wings flavor if no sweet option) next time. I’ve had their shrimp fried rice, spicy basil shrimp, and orange chicken which were all delish.
They offer «lunch boxes» ranging from $ 5-​$ 6 available until 3pm, free delivery with a $ 12 minimum, and have coupons on the menu. I’ll definitely do business with them again.

I had the orange chicken lunch box with the shrimp fried rice ($ 3 upgrade). Overall very good. Food tasted very fresh and the shrimp were huge. Will eat here again.
