Very high priced, but cuter clothing options compared to other plus sized stores in the area. Some of the shirts I have bought there have ended up not being good quality and cheaply made. I only shop there when I get a coupon in the mail otherwise it will break the bank!

Love Torrid! High priced but the clothing fits good! If you need help with sizes or looking for help in general the associates are always willing to to help! You’re never felt rushed! They always have great deals and the bras always do the job! Unlike LB the fashion is for someone in their 20s-30s.

I stopped in at Torrid on Black Friday and am really glad I did. They cater to plus sizes but unlike their LB neighbor, Torrid doesn’t assume that because you wear a plus size, you want to dress like a dowdy librarian. Not that I don’t love a good cardigan, but there’s a limit, you know? Sometimes you want to look and feel feminine and young. I was really impressed with the customer service at this location, as well. They were friendly and helpful without being suffocating, and I really felt like I was shopping with my buddies. The clothes are cute. There are definitely styles that don’t appeal to me(strapless is not my friend), but it’s nice to have the option. The style is just younger and hipper than most plus-size shops. I especially like the feel of the denim, which is sturdy without feeling weighty. They have excellent sales, and even the clearance things are cute. Definitely worth checking out.

i love this store. As the other poster said it is trendy, but the clothes are well made and cut for curvy figures. I actually found clothes for work, going out and church. I told the employees what i was looking for and they were a great help in finding some of the mod modest, or conservative clothes I felt were appropriate for my tastes.

I have never heard of Torrid before so I wanted to check it out, they looked busy, so you know. I didn’t realize they were a 14 and up store, yay for me! Boo for me! that everything is a little too trendy. At my size and age, I’m not wearing a skin tight strapless dress so that I can look like an overstuffed sausage. You’re welcome society! They had a large selection of clothes, but didn’t really feel like it was stuff I would wear. I will keep checking them out though to see if anything changes.
