I’ve hired Dave several times over the years for the properties I manage and refer him to all my real estate clients because he does a great job and the rotary head he uses cleans a lot better than the other companies I’ve hired in the past. He’s able to get out most stains and will tell you if there are ones that won’t. He’s very upfront on costs too.

I have many, many rental homes. the equipment they use gets the carpets cleaner than standard steam cleaning. It is still a truck mounted system, heated water and then sucked up, but this equipment has rotating heads that spray and suck up the water and dirt. Kind of a gentle scrubbing. I have used many carpet cleaning companies and there is no doubt that this system gets it just a little bit cleaner. The price seems to be right in line with everyone else.

Failed to show up twice. We gave him a second chance because we just needed it done and figured it was a mistake. He even called an hour ahead of time the second appointment, and still didn’t show up. Waited for 30 minutes past appointment time, even called him again, no answer, no call back. Got us in big trouble with the landlord.
