I’m giving it 2 stars. I don’t go there much this time I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich meal and I said medium size. When I get to the window I get my drink and notice that it is a small drink. I asked the lady«excuse me I said medium size meal» and she said«let me give you a medium size fry» and I thought ok sounds good. Then she explained that there is a small and a medium size sandwich and I thought weird a small or medium checked sandwich. Then to top it off they had no fries at the moment. The lady asked if I wanted an apple turn over or chocolate so I said choxolate. I get home and I got a roast beef sandwich I don’t know how she confused a chicken sandwich with a roast sandwich. Then when I look at me turnover she has given me an apple one. Meal totally ruined I got nothing I wanted except for the right drink. The lady was obviously not paying attention. Sorry but 2 stars it is.

This is a cozy Arby’s Fast Food establishment in the heart of Snohomish Station. Employees are fast and friendly, food is consistently good, and the facilities are clean. 4 Stars is as good as it gets for Fast Food. Need I say more?

Exactly what I want from an Arby’s: lower priced, a bit longer wait then McDonalds, but good food(GREAT sandwiches!), and the cashiers are always friendly.

We go through the drive-thru here regularly. It can be a little slow if they’re making fresh mozzarella sticks, but it doesn’t take horribly wrong. The food is classic Arby’s and the cashiers in the drive-thru are super friendly.

I wish I could give five stars. I believe Arby’s has some of the best food in the fast food business. The chicken is the best and their Market Fresh sandwiches are my favorite. The service is usually fast and friendly. I really enjoy the onion rings. I go there for the rings. Two times in a row I did not get the rings. The first time I got home with curley fries, the second time they were out. Someday, maybe, I’ll get to try them again.

This place just earned negative stars. I went to the drive through(I know, my bad) with a coupon they hand out each month for a weekly special. The attendant apparently had no idea these existed because I was asked to drive up without completing an order. I get to the window and she says $ 6.xx, clearly the order for the car behind me because the coupon was 3 sandwiches for $ 4.00 and I had not ordered anything else yet. I informed her that she had not gotten my order yet and I would like the 3 sandwiches and a large fries. She comes back and says $ 12.xx! I asked how my $ 4 sandwiches and $ 2.50 could equal $ 12.00? She says, «there’s tax» Now this superstar pulls out some true intelligence when I ask, «how much is four dollars plus two fifty?» She replies, «You’re asking me the wrong question, I let the machine do all the work.» How, in this economy, does that person get a job where the main skill involves the ability to take an order and then get the correct amount of money from the customer? I say avoid the place all together there are lots of other choices in the same complex.
