Bailey’s Tree Service

I had purchased a coupon on LivingSocial site for Baily’s Tree Service for $ 100. Big mistake ! It took several calls before I could get Jeremy to come to my house to give me an estimate. After the initial estimate was given and we scheduled a time that I would be home from work. Jeremy canceled claiming his truck with chipper was broken and we needed to reschedule. We finally agreed on another date for him to come out, because I needed to be present while he was here to prune the trees. He called and canceled due to the bad weather in Snohomish, (I live in Seattle). We rescheduled again. I was concerned that the Coupon I purchased was about to expire. Jeremy assured me he would honor it. So, once again, The third appointment just so happened to fall on his birthday. I let him know that he didn’t have to work on his birthday, but he insisted. He called the morning of the appointment and claimed his wife had made plans for him and that he wasn’t going to be able to make it. I was ok with that, but a little annoyed that he didn’t schedule for another day before that. So on the fourth rescheduled date, Jeremy never showed up. I tried calling a few times and left messages. No show. No returned phone calls. By this time I was pretty frustrated and knew that my trees were not going to be touched. Two days later Jeremy texted me that he had been admitted to the Emergency Room and was unable to phone me to let me know. I called and left a message letting him know that I would like to reschedule and it was unfortunate that he had to go to the ER. I wanted to be sympathetic, but I felt like I had been scammed. It’s been weeks and I have yet to hear back from Jeremy or anyone in his company. This company is very unprofessional and I communicated this to LivingSocial and people in my network.

They never returned my calls to schedule an estimate for tree removal. I first called in February. It is now July and I have made several attempts to contact them. They won’t even drop by to trim trees. I bought the living social deal. It has now expired. Living social will not refund and will not enforce it. I was ripped off.
