I loved this honey stand! Unfortunately for us they sold their farm and since the stand was located on the farm itself the honey stand is closed. Bummer!!!

Finding Bee Haven was fun and a new way to getting great family owned honey! Tracy the owner is amazing, and believe it or not, the honey is much much cheaper than when you buy it at Whole Foods or Central Market. The WA State Univ. cares for their honey bees so Tracy has some special bees making her delicious honey. They also have small batches of organic eggs and meat in coolers. I highly suggest bringing a lot of cash because paying is off the honor system, and you won’t be able to help yourself. I like to make it worth my while when I go and get 5 lb jugs. I wish there were 5 lb jugs of the Knotweed honey, bc it just about cures everything!

I purchased this honey at a Farmers Market locate on the patio of the Lindeman Pavilion in Seattle. It is simply and deliciously titled: Blackberry. I purchased it to go with my croissants from Grateful Break Bakery in Wedgwood and the honey is so divine, that I’ve lowered the honey level in my plastic bear to his neck, lol. Yumm!!!
