CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! The website looks slick and like you will be able to rent amazing bouncy houses for your child’s party however when the bouncy house arrived, THE BOUNCER WAS DISGUSTINGLY COVERED WITH MILDEW AND STAINS. They sent one worker to set up a fairly large bouncer, it was a two person job for sure. He was extremely rude and not professional. We rented the Purple Super Wall and it was advertised with space theme panels. When the bouncer arrived there were no panels and exposed velcro-​backing on the front of the bouncer. When I asked about the panels the person setting up the bouncer called his «boss» and put me on the phone with him. The «boss» was also extremely rude and did not care at all. He informed me that they purchased the bouncer from a company that went out of business and that it did not have the panels. I informed him that I had specifically asked on the phone about the space theme, since that was the style party I was throwing. I had been told that the panels were included when I confirmed it on the phone and it is advertised that way on the website. There was no mention in wording on the website or verbally that the space theme panels were not included. I also informed him about the heavy mildew, the fact that the bouncer was dirty inside, that there were stains on the front exterior where the panels should go, and that it smelled like cigarettes. The «boss» could have cared less and tried to get me to go online and look for a replacement bouncer. When I said that my event was an hour and half away and it would be hard for me to do that work he was annoyed and looked to see what he had while I was on the phone. Basically, all bouncers were booked except for one that I knew was far less than what I paid to rent the current bouncer and that had the wrong dimensions for my space. The guy setting up then got back on the phone, walking away and left. He returned with heavy mildew cleaners and a bucket of water and said that he was instructed to clean the bouncer on our property. This I felt was not safe for the kids or our grass yard considering that the party was now just 30 minutes away. He then tried to force my husband and I to let him proceed because he claimed that the «boss» wanted him to either clean it on our property or take it away. We said no to the heavy mildew cleaner and he sat in his truck in front of our house for almost an hour. It was very strange and uncomfortable. We placed balloons in front of the panels and took a towel with water on it and wiped down the interior of the bouncer, hoping kids would not look up at the mildew all over the ceiling. DO NOT RENT from this company!!! It was completely HORRIBLE!!! I throw several events per year and have worked for professional party planning services companies. I know that there are problems that arise here and there but the level of rudeness and lack of care were off the charts here!!! And in a business that is primarily catered to children’s events the lack of cleanliness and dishonesty is unacceptable!!!

Rent from Astro Jump!!! We have had a much better experience with Astro Jump! They arrive with a family of guys who are very nice and all come together to set up and break down the bouncer. They also do not false advertise their products or bring them with heavy mildew and try to make the customer resolve the problems.
never checked back in after the event to apologize or offer any discount or future products to resolve the horrific experience! I will never rent from them again and I will tell everyone I know not to either. It was SO bad I am thinking about reporting them to Better Business Bureau.

was about as easy as it gets and the service was excellent. My daughter selected the bouncy house she wanted for her birthday party and immediately reserved and payed for the rental on the website. I got a call the day before to schedule delivery. A very nice and professional deliveryman showed up right when he said he would, set it up quickly, went over all the paperwork with me and scheduled a pickup time. He came back right when he said he would, packed it up, and thanked me for the business. 10/​10, would rent from them again. Note: Make sure you read the bouncy house dimensions and confirm you have enough room in your yard… Although I measured ahead of time, and everything fit, I was still surprised at how large the thing was when fully inflated.
