Delta Rehabilitation Center

My brother had traumatic brain injury at 15 from a drunk driver that hit a pole on Christmas Eve. My brother Terry was in a coma for over a month. He had a hard time fitting in and getting the proper help. I got Terry in my care almost ten years ago. I tried a group home and he kept running away. I’d have to find him and take him back. I knew he needed something different. I found Delta Rehab thanks to a nurse Lori whos awesome from Delta who told her inlaws my neighbors about Delta. Terry was accepted and had the best eight and half years. He was laughed with NOT AT! The staff loved him and he was involved in so many fun things. My dear brother passed away Dec 11^th 2013. We all knew his health was declining. I just want to say the people at Delta are so special. They took such good care of my brother and kept him smiling and also kept his dignity when he had to have so much done for him towards the end. We all will miss my Terry well our Terry! Thank you nurse Merylann and Blanka. I love you! Very special and professional nurses. Please give to the DELTA FOUNDATION!
