Absolutely I recommend this salon to anyone. The website is informative and let’s you read about every hairstylists’, colorists’, and aestheticians’ credentials as well as services.
When I called to make appointment I ended up having to change it twice, but they were very accommodating to find me a hairstylist that could bleach my hair with prior color in it.
My hair colorist and stylist, Kerilyn. She was friendly, knowledgable, talented, and lot of fun hang out with for hours! I left happy and with a plan for my hair journey. Thank you again everyone at Fresh Salon.

I normally go to Fresh for hair cuts, but yesterday I was in for an updo and makeup as I was a bridesmaid in a friend’s wedding. Rachel did my updo, and I hadn’t been able to provide a lot of direction or input regarding what I was going for, but she gave me a GORGEOUS hairstyle and I received so many compliments at the wedding! It held up wonderfully all day and night, despite outdoor pictures in rainy weather and lots of dancing.
Kerilyn did my makeup, and I also gave her free reign for artistic design. She talked to me about my skin and bone structure and highlighted my best features. I felt so beautiful afterward.
Aside from a job EXCELLENTLY done, I couldn’t believe how fast they moved! I had pushed it with the timing and was a little concerned about making it down to Seattle for pictures on time. I let them know that, and they had me out of there 30+ minutes ahead of schedule but without skipping any steps! I couldn’t have been more pleased with the services I received yesterday! Keep up the good work, Fresh!

I visited Fresh Salon & Spa for the first time earlier this month, I can’t say how happy I am! Maria did an outstanding job with my eye brow wax, haircut & balayage. The Salon is clean, welcoming, and just what First street needs!

Very nice people.
But. I didn’t get what I asked for.
I asked for light ash blonde hair. I provided reference pictures.
At no time did my stylist Rachel say that she couldn’t achieve the color I asked for.
my hair is basically just a highlighted version of the yellow/​golden blonde I had when I walked in.
After specifically asking for my hair to be styled in a more sleek manor, I end up walking out in angry tears because I look like the member of an 80s punk band.
Ruined hair. Ruined Valentine’s Day To the tune of $ 140.

After trying a few different spots around town, I am becoming a regular here. Dana does an outstanding job with mens haircuts and really takes the extra time that you don’t normally see in a mens cut.

Jessica cut my hair from medium length to short this week, a spur-​of-​the-​moment decision on my part, while I was in Snohomish, and I’m going to have to have it redone this next week at a salon in Redmond. She cut it unevenly. There is a gap at the back of my nape, the back side is not blended in, and it took her several attempts to blend in the left front side, still not satisfactorily. She then began trying to blend in the right side. I finally called a halt to this process, paid, and left. She kept asking me, «Is it better?» Jessica needs a lot more training and experience before she can call herself a hair stylist. It doesn’t say much for Evergreen Beauty College if they can graduate someone who does such a poor job. Will not be revisiting this salon. I don’t understand how Fresh can rent out a space to someone who doesn’t know the difference between professionally cut hair and a chop job.

It’s crazy how difficult it can be to find the right stylist when you move to a new town. I was lucky to stumble onto this place after a few not-​so-​great cuts elsewhere. I’ve only been here a few times, but I’m really happy with the way Rachel cuts my hair. And so far she’s been consistent so I will definitely keep coming back. :)

Loved how excellent and easy is was to get around their website. That is how I inquired and received a prompt reply to book appointments for a bridal party.
However, I received a phone call less the 2 weeks to the wedding informing me that my confirmed appointment will not work out because the stylist cannot get someone to baby-​sit her kid. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Do not tell a customer that, not only is it personnel information, but that is not a justifiable excuse.
Do not book an appointment unless it is a for sure thing. How ridiculously unprofessional!
I received an «I’m sorry» and that was it. Not even a offer of trying to figure something else out just a simple no most ridiculous experience ever!

I went to Rachel … Saw one of her customers at a nail salon … Love how she foils and does a wonderful job !
She did the correct blonde shade and added perfect tone of brown in too!

I love it here! I get my hair done by Kelsie and she does a great job every time! I always look forward to coming here and seeing her work her magic to make me feel beautiful! I wont go anywhere else! She recently did my hair for my wedding and it was beautiful!
I see Kassie to get my eyebrows waxed and she does a really great job!

I’ve been going to my stylist Lindsey since about 2006– even before she started at Fresh. In my opinion, she is the best colorist I have ever exerpienced. Gene Juarez can’t match her abilities. You can put your trust in her to develop a perfect style for you that is very natural. She cuts my son’s hair too, and it always turns out perfect. The salon itself has a very trendy and comfortable atmosphere. Everyone is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. My niece had the ladies from Fresh style hair for her wedding, and everyone looked absolutely gorgeous! … The bride and mother of the bride looked amazing… I’ve tried ALOT of different places before coming to Lindsey, and she takes the cake. I have several friends that go to her as well, and her talent is impressive. She is a popular stylist and can get booked easily, but she seems to always find a time to squeeze you in, so you don’t have to wait that long for an apt. Because of Lindsey and Fresh, I love my hair!

Always polite, professional. They remember you by name if you are a repeat customer (which you will become), and they know what they are doing. My only recommendation would to be open on Sundays.

I love this salon! I followed a fantastic hair stylist, Leah Reindl to Fresh from Bellevue. The atmosphere is great, the prices are great; I drive all the way from Tacoma because it’s so worth it… you won’t be dissapointed!

Recently had my hair done by Aubrey for my friends’ wedding. What a nightmare! First, the two stylists showed up 1 hour late. On top of that, Aubrey had her daughter with her. They charged more than what they told us we would be charged. Overall, very unprofessional. My hair turned out fine, nothing spectacular. Glad I won’t have to be getting my hair did here ever again.

I’ve been here a couple times, the first for corrective color and the second for just a cut. Both services were adequate and the people at the desk were always friendly, what really left me with a bad feeling about the place was my stylist (Lindsay) always seemed to be in a bad mood which didn’t make it easy for me to really enjoy my cut or color.
If you’re looking to come here, I will say they do a good job, but I personally will not be returning.
