The lady I had here today, Robin, was awesome. I did a huge hairstyle change and it looks amazing. She pretty much did exactly what I wanted. My hair is naturally curly and I did a short cut and asked her if it would look as good if I straightened my hair, she said it should and if there was something about it I didn’t like I could come back and rhey would fix it free of charge. How awesome. It was more than I expected from a Great Clips. Thank you so much!

Terrible, terrible place! Do not waste your time or money at this place! The owners are foreign & very RUDE! All they care about is MONEY… NOT customer service! By the way they are the most expensive Great Clips in all of Washington!

I will never go back here again. The stylist was very friendly, but she didn’t listen to a word I said. I kept asking her to cut the bangs shorter, and give me a little length in the back, and I ended up with exactly the opposite. Once she’d practically shaved the back of my head there was nothing I could do there, but when I asked her to cut the bangs she would not do it. Since that was the main reason I went in there, to cut my bangs, I was very unhappy. I finally had to leave simply because I was out of time and clearly my arguing with her wasn’t helping. I won’t be back. I’ll cut my own hair first. It took months for the hair in the back to grow out enough so that I could get it cut by a new stylist without fear of being scalped again.
