Nail Masters

I enjoy going to Nails Masters. It is a place to go get pampered and rejuvenated. The attendants have always been pleasant and are concerned with the service they provide. Most are expert in the massages. I do treat myself to the flowers on the toes in summer; very feminine and makes one feel special. In the 2+ years I have been going to this shop I have only had one wrinkle in my experiences and that was because of a client that had a complaint about her flower, which is okay, until the volume and continuousness of her complaint infringed on other clientele including me. She was a bully, obnoxious and rude to the attendant, the manager, and viewed that way by most of the other patrons. I think anyone that can only share their opinion by being nasty and using foul language is not a lady, lacking in social graces & intelligence. Since she stated she will never be back, the rest of the us can now enjoy our time for relaxation and being treated as royalty at a very nice shop.

The pedi was okay– I wished she would have given a better foot massage. She barely put any pressure on my calves and the bottom of my feet. I got the honey scrub and that was nice. The part I was disappointed about was the actual nail polish. It seemed to not dry very evenly– maybe the polish was watered down? It clumped up towards my cuticles and looked uneven. I might try and find a different nail salon in Snohomish next time I am in town.

Very disappointing trip.. My daughter and I came home with a mess. Polish came of pedicure immediately. I watched them «water down» polish while I was there and though I waited 20 – 25 min to leave. Nails were still tacky and never dried properly and came off. I paid 65 bucks (with tip) and I have nothing o show for it :(. My massage was really rough and not pleasant but that was just that girl and I could have said something but its harder to say. That polish isn’t going to stay on… Oh and I watched her supervisor look over her paint job which was clearly uneven and not say anything but again, I could have said something there too so that’s my bad but saying. This polish wont stay on is harder. On a better not. Had no problem getting in at 11 am on a Saturday which now that I think of it was too easy. Maybe others heard about their shotty practice. :-(

Called at noon for a 1:30pm appointment, the ladies were ready and waiting when we arrived. The leg and foot massage was amazing and they did a great job of my nails, complete with little jewelled flowers. I’ll definitely be back!

Went to this place for the first time today with a girlfriend for pedicures. Called ahead to schedule a time, and they were able to take us pretty much as soon as we showed up and had picked our colors (lots to choose from!). They were quick and efficient with the trim, and then spent a really long time on the sugar scrub and massage, including a hot stone massage! I’ve never had a salon spend so long on this part and it was divine! coloring, again, was quick and efficient. I had asked for a flower to be added, and it was the most beautiful I’ve ever had done! Wish I could post a pic! It was a few dollars more than other places I’ve been ($ 25 for a basic pedi), but it was well worth it! Will definitely be going back!

Have no complaints. They did a great job. I had my nails done pink for breast cancer awareness month and they lasted! Will definitely go back.

I love their pedicures! They do a great job and my toes always look amazing! They paint the cutest flowers too. Sometimes when they get bussy it does take more time which is what it is. It’s not something that stops me from going back time and time again, though. I would recommend it to anyone in the area. The prices seem to be fair and I always upgrade the pedicure to include the wax dip and the free flower!

I recently wrote a fabulous well deserved review about nail masters and some how it is missing! This place is the best and will continue to boost about the wonderful experience I and all my Friends receive here. The girls are very professional in this very relaxing beautiful salon. I never leave any way but happy and 100% satisfied. I have come here for 3 years now and won’t even both again with any other place because this place is top notch! The gals are kind, experienced and very talented in all the services provided here. They have earned a great reputation and take pride in their work and when you leave your happy! I have never once seen a dissatisfied customer or the gals be anything but kind!
