I am only giving this place one star because you have to at least give one star on here. I bought the Hawaiian pizza and sausage pizza for my family. I have four children and they are not that picky when it comes to pizza. I don’t think we have ever had pizza left over. But last night we not only had leftovers we also had pizza thrown in the garbage. One pizza was covered in sauce and the other pizza had barely any sauce on it and was way over cooked. The staff was incredibly rude when I walked in and ordered the pizza to go. It felt like I was intruding on their conversations by just standing there trying to order pizza. Two pizzas took just over an hour to make. One of the pizzas was very cold when it was handed to me. I think it must have been done long before the other pizza and sat on the counter in the kitchen. I only live a few miles from this pizza place and I will not be going back.

Date of service: June 13, 2015 Meal: Lunch, dine in All Ratings out of 10: Quality of food: 6 Food to Spend Value: 6 Quality of Service: 6 Overall Rating: 6 I was out and about with the family, and we ended up in downtown Snohomish around lunch time. Pizza sounded good, and after some quick Unilocal research we decided to check out Brava. Brava offers individual slices of a few types of pizza, and you can also order full pizzas, either customized or from their preselected specials. I always love a meat pizza, and I feel like this is as good as indication as any of how good a pizza place is, so we went with that. The crust is a typical tossed style, not too thick and not too thin. The toppings felt a bit sparse on the pizza, and nothing about it was mind blowing. Both the cheese and sauce were fairly average, as were the meats. It was a decent pizza, but it wasn’t amazing. We ordered at the counter and then found our own table, and it wasn’t busy when we arrived. The pizza didn’t take very long to come out, and it was hot and fresh when it arrived at the table. The pizza was perhaps a bit on the expensive side, especially when considering that it was fairly average in taste. Brava was a fine quick stop for lunch, and if in the area I would probably do it again, but I certainly wouldn’t go out of my way as there are much finer pizza options in the Seattle area.

I’m a fan of this place because of the $ 2 slices, $ 12 pitchers of beer, and always having seats at the bar! WOOHOO! My husband and I aren’t hard to please! I do tend to sense with my eye for small business that employee turn-around might be slightly on the high side, and that can hurt anybody. Lately however, the last few times we’ve been in, it’s gotten better! Overall— I am a fan of this place and am giving you 5 stars! Quality decent-priced product, friendly atmosphere, and TV! We’re not hard to please! Unilocal is stupid!

Really like this place. The crust is really good and the toppings are fresh and tasty. They have great lunch specials and a comfortable, clean atmosphere. Service is friendly. We have a few great pizza options in the north end and a lot of bad ones. This one is worth your time and money for sure. We’ll be back often!

Ordered pizza and salad last night and expected the 45 min wait they had told us which is fine. A little after 45 minutes when they arrived we realized we had card and not cash and obviously this being an inconvenience on our end we were very apologetic but that didn’t matter to the delivery guy who could not wait to leave and roll his eyes multiple times. After being put on hold and standing there for 3 minutes the girl on the phone hastily putting the order in finally finished, again the attitude is fine because it was our fault. The real problem is the guy handed us the pizza and then we were like oh there’s a small Caesar salad too, and he snapped back saying you guys never ordered a Caesar salad and turned and literally just walked away. So I called the place back and asked them if he might have it in his car or if we can take it off the bill and she said nothing but ummm okay and then put me directly on hold. After a couple minutes she returned with the worst customer service I’ve encountered in snohomish and didn’t apologize or ask if we still wanted it or anything. Then after all of that the pizza was ICE cold and smothered in sauce. I’m not usually picky but with that kind of service you bet I’m going to be picky. Won’t be returning or ordering out.

This pizza is so very yummy! They have half price pizzas mon-fri 11−3…I ate at Papa Johns after eating here and Papa Johns tasted like garbage compared. great place to take the kids, had my son’s 9th birthday here after the festivities and it was great. Reasonably priced wines… and the taco pizza is amazing… also the toasted ravioli!!! I can’t say enough good things about Brava’s

We just moved into town, and we’re having trouble finding good delivery good. The last place we tried was expensive for really subpar food(like $ 50 for two«large» unspectacular pizzas). Here, $ 50 got us an enormous meat calzone, butternut squash ravioli with a giant side salad, plus chicken wings and toasted raviolis for appetizers, and it was all SOGOOD(It’ll probably be so good tomorrow too, we definitely couldn’t eat it all tonight). Will be ordering from these folks again, for sure!

1st time I’ve eaten here and I don’t think I’ll come back again, we will still continue to order pizza to go tho. The first thing we noticed when my husband and I went in was the smell of the place, there was this awful wet smell, the smell seemed like they had water problems & the wood floors was never dried properly. Not only that, the first few seconds when we stepped in, the lady/server/bartender, asked us what we wanted to drink, the door behind us didn’t even close yet, I was just stunned. In our years of eating out, I have never been asked that question as you get in the restaurant. The server/bartender need a different intro. The only good thing with our visit there is that their Lasagna was Good.

We kind of just expected this place to be like any other average pizza joint, but we have been pleasantly surprised on two occasions now! It is becoming our favorite hometown family pizza parlor. The staff went the extra mile in many little ways that made us feel appreciated as guests and even gave little surprises that enchanted the kids. Everyone in our party of 12 had nothing but good thoughts as we left the shop.

WOW! I’m appalled! I called this place to order pizza and was met with the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I live within 3 miles of this place. They claim they deliver but they don’t deliver within 3 miles? What kind of place does that? On top of it, when I asked the owner about it, he hung up on me, twice. The establishment is run by the most childish man I have ever spoken to. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

WOW. I was born and raised on the east coast, and this place has the BEST thin crust pizza i have ever had on the West coast. The sausage they use is amazing. …crumbly and moist. And the cheese is 100% real not like the fake crap that places like Dominoes uses. I can’t wait too go back.

Best place to get pizza from in Snohomish. They serve pizza by the slice for 2 bucks and its a reasonable sized slice. Yeah, the pizza is a little pricier than some other places but — its really good, and there is always some sort of coupon or deal. They do half off lunch pizza, and they have a variety of deals throughout the week and for dinner. Also if you shop locally you will find coupons on the back of receipts at Top Foods/Fred Meyer/etc. They also have a good selection of non pizza foods — pastas, sandwiches, etc. Their grinders are really good and many of their entrees come with either parmesian bread puffs or salad. I generally can get two meals out of it. I’ve only dined in once and it took longer than expected for me to get me pizza especially since there was only one other person in there. Generally I call ahead and order, but even then when I show up at the estimated time often I end up waiting an extra 10 minutes or so. So ya, sometimes its a little slow, and it can be on the pricier end, but this definitely beats Alfy’s.

I come here all the time. It’s probably one of my favorite pizza places. Although it can be a bit pricey, I still fork up the extra cash because I chose it for flavor. If I wanted a cheap pizza I’d go to Pizza Hut or something. Lunch time they are always having awesome specials, but on top of it I’ve had great customer service. On Super Bowl Sunday I called in expecting them to be closing early but still got to order two pizzas around halftime, almost every other business had closed early. That’s great customer service right there. I am constantly craving their pizzas because there so DELICIOUS!

We have to update this place to a 5 star. We have been here often and this is one place we get cravings for. There garlic cheesy bread is awesome and so is there gyro. Service is consistently great, everyone is always super friendly! It is true that sometimes you have to wait longer than other places but it is worth the wait! You will notice that even the negative reviews of this place talk about how good the food is.

I visited here for the first time the other night. It was a Saturday night and we were attending a group event there so we expected it to be busy. In anticipation of a lot of people ordering pizza at the same time, we phoned in and placed our order over an hour before we were going to be there. So much for planning ahead because not only was our pizza not ready when we got there but we had to wait another hour before it came out. I was not pleased with this service to say the least. The one good thing I can say about this establishment is that the pizza is really tasty(but is waiting for it it worth it). We ordered a vegetarian pizza with pepperoni and it was yummy!!! The cheese to sauce and topping ratio was perfect and the size of the slices were favorable. I will try this place one more time and am open to editing my review if the service is any better than it was before because the pizza is pretty good(but service is also important to me).

We ordered delivery from pizza Brava this past Saturday night. It was around 9pm and happily the delivery was very quick. The pizza and salad was fine, nothing amazing. We got the large BBQ chicken and added jalapeños and pineapple. What was most shocking was the price tag. A large pizza and large salad was $ 46!!! That’s before a tip! Highway robbery. If I would have called in that order I would have cancelled, but my boyfriend was unfortunate enough to pay this tab. I won’t order from here again, pizza of equal quality can be ordered elsewhere for much less.

Came in on Saturday. It was slow around 2pm. The lady was obviously put out that we were there. I’m not really sure what her problem was but it was clear she was not going to help us. We were there for 20 minutes and at one point I asked her«which pizza is good here?» She responds«it depends what your looking for» and she turns and walks into the back. Seriously?! After 20 minutes we left and walked across the street to another pizza place. I couldn’t believe how bad the service was at brava pizzeria.

Pizza Brava serves a very good pizza with good service and in a clean but understated establishment. This is a review based on one visit, but I am sure to return. The pizza served here is standard American style pizza, a medium crust with an even balance of sauce, cheese and toppings. The most standout feature of the pizza served here was by far the light and airy, yet crisp crust. It was very uniform in consistency without a trace of sogginess, being fluffy, and delicious right to the crust which I avoid eating generally to save on carbs(but my boys eagerly devoured). The toppings were well balanced, fresh, and full of flavor and one of the key ingredients to a good pizza, the balance of spices, was spot on. Pizza Brava had come to me with great word of mouth, and it pretty much lived up to it. They also have a lot of unique specialty pizzas that will be fun to try. We tried three, a standard Hawaiian, a pesto sausage combo, and a ranch chicken bacon and all three styles of sauces were excellent. So why not 5 stars? While being a VERY good pizza I have had better, although this is the best American style(medium crust) I think I have had yet. Still I probably would have gone five stars if not for the price and the ambience. Due to the lightness of the pizza one XL pizza barely feeds two hungry adults, bring a teenager and it really goes fast. I don’t mind paying for quality, but if a night out for six costs nearly $ 100 for 3 pizzas, drinks, and tip it is going to count against the total stars. As for the retaurant, while being very clean it was minimally decorated and would get cold every time the door opened even though we were seated in the back. I understand they may still be in the process of moving to this new location and when I return(which I shall) I will amend this review if this improves. To sum up, great pizza, but a bit hard on the wallet.
