Joseph’s Fine Dry Cleaning

This is not a good business to give revenue to. May rating is Zero stars.
I Dropped off 3 shirts and one pair of pants. It took the woman at the desk 20 minutes to enter this into the computer. Then, when asked for a price for dry cleaning shirts she had to make a phone call to get the answer. $ 6.95 the was the answer by the way.
When picking up they only had the pants. When asked for the shirts they did not find them and the guy at the front made me wait 10 minutes while he spoke on the phone. After hanging up he said he was sure I had only dropped off the pants and that my shirts were not there.
Without my receipt I have little recourse. But, the way I was treated will not be forgotten.
He basically called me a liar and did not give me any options to remedy this. He treated me as though I was at fault and made me feel like an idiot.
Bottom line, they are overpriced for poor service and will lose your clothing.

I went back in to Josephs to resolve the lost shirt issue. The owner continued to treat me as though I was being dishonest. UNTIL I located the shirts wadded up in a bag behind the counter. Hopefully he will think twice before he calls a customer a liar. Game — set– match you jerk!
