I am so happy I found this studio! I started hot yoga about three years ago and fell in love with the practice when I joined Twisted Bliss. All the instructors are amazing, my favorites are Desiree and Andrea. You can start at any level and feel comfortable. What I love most about yoga is it is not just a physical practice, you learn a lot about your mental blocks. I’ve become stronger than I’ve ever thought possible. You will amazed at what you can achieve. If you are looking for a warm and friendly environment and a great workout, this is your place!

Best hot yoga class I have ever been too!!! Desi is the most amazing teacher. She is beyond helpful and totally pushes you to your best practice! I am in the with the inversion class! The studio is super clean and they even offer child care!!! I would give more star is there was an option! Thank you Desiree for enlightening my practice!

Looks like I’m the first to review! Woohoo! I recently moved back to Seattle after spending the last 5 years in downtown Chicago. You can imagine the pretentious 24 year old-lululemon decked out types I’ve become familiar with during my yoga experiences in Chi. Expect none of that here. You have down to earth instructors and a surprisingly clean facility considering how much sweat you produce after a class. I’ve done both the power, and hatha classes and you have maybe 8 – 10 students max. The only reason why I took off a star is because I feel that there are limited classes available to «newbies». Though I have done yoga before, the room for power yoga is as warm as hatha classes. A beginner class would help with the transition into this type of yoga. The website says their power yoga class is appropriate for all levels but I definitely disagree. The last power yoga class I took had over half the class claim to be yoga instructors. Also, there are limited class times available. I work from home so I’m actually able to attend most of the classes, but I imagine others wouldn’t have the same type of flexibility. So in general, this place is great. I just wished they offered more beginner classes and maybe offered yoga classes in temperatures not comparable to the Mohave desert.
