I had an accident at Snowbird and ruptured my biceps tendon on my left arm due to a mistake on my end. I was able to board down to the clinic on my own power. When I arrived at the clinic I was relatively sure I’d have to call my orthopedic specialist when I headed home to California, and they expertly confirmed my self diagnosis. The reception was very prompt, friendly, and professional. Maybe I was just lucky that it was the day after Martin Luther King day, on a Tuesday, but there wasn’t another patient in there when I arrived. I was recommended an x-ray, seen by Doctor Noyes, and got my xrays, diagnosis, a sling, and bag of ice with more ease and fluidity than any clinic or medical facility I’ve been to in a long time. Start to finish, I was in and out in less than 40 minutes, and left feeling very impressed with the service level and expertise of the staff. Sorry that Jeremy had a shitty experience, but honestly, I would highly recommend the clinic and disregard his feedback.

My friend had altitude sickness and the staff at the clinic were very thorough. They even offered to drive him down to the valley and since we didn’t have a car we took them up on it. The nurse then called the Sandy Fire department and had them run over and check on my friend to make sure he was okay during the night. Great service!

I hurt myself. The service, the care, to the extent of having hippa rights violated, everything is terrible. Doctors really SUCKED. Financial aid services SUCK. This place is part of Intermountain Health Care. Intermountian Health Care defines the sorry, terrible state of our countries medical system.
