Aspen Sports – Demo Center

We went to Snowmass for a business conference and had several days of skiing. We had rented our equipment in advance from Aspen sports. It took a minute to get sorted out in the right place but once we were settled the experience was amazing! Ryan and Mae took great care of us and our two kids and allowed me to switch my demo ski package for a snowboarding kit one day. During our visit I had occasion to spend some time in the shop and watched all of the staff interface elegantly with people of all stripes and different nationalities. It can be very difficult to provide high-​level service and yet they always did. I became particularly fond of the Vokl demos they hooked me up with. High-​quality store with high-​quality equipment and really high quality personnel staffing it. The other review points out their convenient location right at the base of the mountain and that’s so true. It made pick up day start and day end storage extremely easy. I highly recommend this place great store made for a great experience.

A solid rental shop. Location is perfect, right on the Snowmass Mall for easy in/​out for returns or adjustments. Rates are reasonable. Service was a little slow but not too bad. They also have lockers and baskets so you can stash your stuff while you ski. Given I didn’t see any other options and they seem to have a relative monopoly for on-​the-​mountain rentals, I was pleased with my experience here.
