I was referred to this location by a friend and glad I took her recommendation. Facilities are very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I needed repairs done to my unit and they were right on it and had it fixed in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend this location to my friends and family.

Got the winter special here for a great price! Half off. Guivy helped me out and was very very nice. She explained everything and told me what i needed to know with ease. Couldn’t have asked for better help. Super attentive and nice. Highly recommend coming here!

Come on guys. My family has stored stuff here for ten years. They jack up the rent at any opportunity. double in five years for my moms unit. The two stars are for this, we arrived during office hours at 1:15 PM. Two employees were here and neither would help us with our issue claiming they were BOTH on lunch. For an hour, ok… Here we are at 2:45 PM. Sign in window says back at 4:15 PM. We are on a schedule, trying to moving out, they are taking the self running self storage idea to a criminal level. Avoid this place or read the fine print. Also on numerous occasions their customer restroom has been locked during hours. Fine by me I just pissed on there bushes. Not so cool for my mom. So eat it and consider yourselves lucky to get that second star.

Location is perfect, safe, secure and great value. To top it off Guivy is so sweet with EXCELLENT customer service. Helped us figured things out with our reservation and always with a big smile. Guivy and Maria are both helpful during our stressful time. Thanks to them our move was smoother than we expected. We highly recommend this location.

Just checked in and the property manager was super nice and helpful! They called me a couple of times before I checked in and even gave me directions to the facility since the google maps instructions are sometimes off. The process went really smoothly and I was in and out as fast as one can be while moving an entire apartment into storage. Thanks guys!

This is the best storage facility around! The customer service is excellent… Guivy was amazing, she helped me immensely. My company needed to store a lot of equipment for a short time on short notice and she took care of me. Saved me a lot of stress and money and I’m am very thankful and satisfied. I will recommend to all my family and friends.

First, the facility just looks rundown and dirty and is in a location that invites break-​ins, as the many reviews here note. It is off the highway, but lower than the street sightline and almost completely surrounded by tall trees and hedges along the roads. It is isolated and quiet and understandable why thieves would target the place. We have a lot of experience with storage chains. We rented 3 units in San Diego for over a year and currently have two units in Palm Desert. Those facilities are well-​secured, well-​located, and run professionally. This one is not.
We needed a unit short-​term to accept delivery of a piece of furniture arriving into SFO. The price was right and, being very familiar with storage facility policies, we asked an employee named Greg in advance of renting the unit if we could dispose of the wooden shipping crate. Greg assured us that as long as the broken down crate could fit in an enclosed garbage area, it was fine to leave it there. We know that some storage facilities do not permit on site disposal, so we were pleased.
The crate arrived a few days later. After we broke it down and were putting the last pieces in the spot Greg had instructed us to, a manager approached us and told us that we had to take all of the garbage with us. We politely explained that we had been told by Greg that it was ok to leave it, to which he kept repeating ad nauseam «You’re not allowed to leave this garbage here. You’re not allowed to leave this garbage here.» Over and over and over like a skipping record. We tried to explain that we cleared this with Greg before we rented the unit, we urged him to call Greg, we explained that we borrowed the truck and needed to return it – nothing. Not even an «I’m sorry you were given incorrect information» or «Let me speak with Greg and see what we can do.» A total rude and unprofessional jerk. When we told him that we actually could not take the garbage because we had to return the borrowed truck, he said he was going to charge our credit card hundreds of dollars. We said we would dispute any charges as we didn’t do anything wrong other than follow directions from HIS on site employee. He responded that he would just turn us directly over to a collection agency without billing us first. (Is that even legal?)
We’ll vigorously fight any bogus fees from this franchise and plan to countersue if he wastes our time. We will also take this to the Public Storage corporate office. Steer clear of this location – it is filthy, unsafe and run by an abusive ass.

I was having problems with my storage place and I had to go find alternatives and I found this online with a promo which was $ 1 for the first month. I called and made reservations. The guy on the phone was very nice but when I got there, I was told that it takes 30 minutes to fill out the gum and because it was already 5:45pm, I will have to wait until the next day. This is definitely something that they should have told me on the phone. This asshole attendant that this info is in the email that they sent me but hey, when you’re shuttling people back and forth, who has the time to check their email? They should said this to me on the phone. No amount of begging, pleasing, pleading worked with this asshole guy. Totally heartless! Who does that? Only public storage!
Not only that — there’s no elevator going up the 2^nd floor. Lame!

Excellent Service, great value for money, secure. This location was perfect for my needs. Just off freeway, close to SFO and San Francisco. Melissa was very helpful and professional and provided excellent customer service.

I’ve been using this storage space for over a year now and am very pleased with it. It’s in a convenient location, it’s clean and well kept. The manager on duty, Guivy, is always attentive and friendly. She smiles and waves every time we’re there and checks in to make sure our experience continually meets expectations.

I have to said that I didn’t want to go to this public storage but the lady there, her name is guiby very professional and very very helpful. i was able to get out of there in no time i will recommend for you to go to that side. good customer services.

Guivy helped me get a storage space right after I moved out of the dorms. Very simple and quick good price too! Highly recommend!

I really hope people are reading these reviews and not going off of the star rating. Every good review here says they think the manager is a nice person and the place is cheap. Is that what you are looking for in a storage facility? Go make some friends! If you pay no attention to the long list of very serious complaints here, you deserve to have a bad experience. I know it is right there… so cheap… and you really need something now. Don’t do it! When you find some thief has taken your belongings it will haunt you for a long time. It is a deep violation. The super sweet manager that everyone is so tickled about on here will do nothing to help you. You will leave as I did, defeated. They even have a gate that they just don’t repair. No cameras, no power in the back. Look, a storage business is pretty simple. The only quality marks that can really determine good from bad are: the condition of the units (poor), customer service (great until you get ripped off), and security (non-​existent). Make the right choice and go somewhere else.

This is the worst storage facility around. I have absolutely no idea why the other customers have posted five star ratings. I have had two parking spaces for the past 8 months and I can tell you theft is rampant here. The crusty old metal track you run over on the way in is what is left of a poorly maintained inoperable security gate. A week after I moved my two boats there, thieves cut off my new safety chains from my trailers? I guess they were shiny, and like raccoons thieves just can’t resist. I go to the manager and complain, she just gives me a dumb look. Next incident, I show up to pick up one of my boats and find a homeless guy has made the cuddy cabin his home! Threw all his crap out, and went and told management. Next I come to get a boat and one of the junk haulers who uses the parking lot as their place of business has raked the side of my boat with his truck. I go tell management, and… nothing. After that I rented another fenced in spot out on Oyster Point and moved one boat over until I could afford to move the other. Today I went to prepare the second boat to move over, and some thief stole the friggin propeller off of it! Unreal, consistent theft that goes on all year right under the nose of management. I am a small business owner myself, and I TAKE CARE OF MY CUSTOMERS. There is no excuse for the lack of security and total lack of concern over these incidents. There has been no attempt at restitution — not even an apology. Customers there have a reasonable expectation of security. An isolated incident is understandable, but this is a consistent issue that management is fully aware of and has been for years. I called the sheriff’s office and they have tried to get the city to shut it down several times due to the constant flow of theft reports. I walked down the row of parking spaces today and saw several pried doors and broken windows and took pictures of it all. Beyond all of that they fined me $ 103 last month for being 30 days late on a $ 100 payment due (that is the honest to god truth) it blew me away. So maybe they should use those outrageous fines to fix the bloody gate! I seriously can’t believe this business has not been shut down. Maybe after I file my complaint with the city the camel’s back will break.

Went in looking to find an available space on short notice since our storage in SF was closing down, and we were helped promptly. Guivy walked us through different units and told us about some of the upgrades that would be done to the units and the location. She was very kind, honest and very knowledgable. I highly recommend speaking with her and asking her any questions since she was the most approachable person there and gave me sincere answers to my questions.

I have a storage unit and several parking spots at this location. The staff is friendly and helpful and always helps out with any of my needs. Located right off the freeway, very easy and convenient to get to once you know the location.

I was hesitant to rent a unit here since I read the Unilocal about the break ins. I went to the property and spoke to Guivy — the manager. She is sweet as she can be and was very candid about the property. She showed me some units with really flimsy locks — which are an invitation for theft anywhere. She sold me a round lock that seems impenetrable — and I added a second large master lock — and I felt completely secure after following her advice. The unit is half of what I paid in SF and is a larger unit.

Guivy was fantastic. We were in a rush late on a Friday afternoon and she got us squared away with a great rental unit quickly and efficiently.

I gave this property a 5 because of the manger, Guivy. She is great. Friendly and very professional. The location isn’t the best and can be difficult to find but i know im in good hands with Guivy
