Karen is awesome! My girlfriend got her car stuck in a neighbors driveway because she drove over ice while making a 3 point turn. She knows what she is doing and was very patient with giving me directions on what I should do. Karen towed my girlfriends car out of the driveway without any hassle or problems.

This company this the BEST in Serene Lakes. Carrie and Karen are out at like 5 am clearing out many times before the road plows are out. They have everything clear before I go to work and they are back before i get home. I couldn’t ask for better service.
