We love Kay’s Kastle. They are very friendly and they have really great prices. If your tired of paying 7.00 for a cup ice cream at the shops downtown this is perfect for the kiddos and your pocketbook/​wallet. They also have food items that would be like ball field snack bar items but it’s really all about the good old fashioned ice cream shop where paw paw used to take you for a treat. Bring CASH they do not take CREDIT CRARDS. Enjoy! My family favorite for ice cream.

A Soddy-​Daisy classic. I grew up eating here and whenever I’m driving back to SD I try to stop in for a hotdog or ice cream. I get my hot dog with mustard, chili and coleslaw. Nothing fancy, but good quality and cheap. The banana split is an old-​school favorite. Kay’s Kastle is local owned and the staff are always friendly.
