Sometimes you run across an office that just stands out above the others, and makes you write a review. This is that kind of an office! It’s a husband and wife team who run it and they could not be friendlier… the entire office makes you feel so welcome and happy to be there. I have been so happy with my experiences there and have friends who have been very happy there as well!

This was the worst dental experience in my life. It is(4) months later and still have tooth pain. I couldn’t get past the rude insurance coordinator who answered the phone to get an appt to correct the problem. I even told her of my pain and how bad the tooth was and that I was going to have to go to an emergency dentist if I could not get an appt. The first time I called I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then disconnected. Another time I was put on hold and I ended up hanging up when no one came back after I had explained the problem. I might note this was a week from crown placement to emergency dentist. The crown was placed on a Thursday and they were closed on Friday. Monday-Thursday were calls and messages left. I ended up having to go to an emergency dentist the next morning(Friday) to have the crown filed down so I could speak and use my tongue. No one ever called me back or inquire as to if I still needed anything after my obvious statement of displeasure and pain. My insurance was charged and I paid the balance(the day of crown placement) also insurance coordinator told me a root cap was not covered by Blue Cross or any insurance. Well, Blue Cross did pay a portion. But I initially paid more due to their lack of knowledge. Due to the cost I am out, I am forced to wait another month before I can replace. I really wish dentists wouldn’t state things like your«smile is our top priority». My crown was shaped incorrectly and does not line up with my other crowns. I am very embarrassed by the aesthetics in addition to the pain. My gum was numb and I could not see gum line before leaving, after I returned home and I could smile and saw the terrible alignment and the crown was pressing on my tongue. I am shocked they would let a patient leave looking like this. I have pictures of the crown before the emergency dentist filed down to show how badly this was shaped on the side toward my tongue. But still the part that shows when I smile is unacceptable. I have not been able to eat on the side with the crown for months. Please email me for pictures if you are considering a crown by this practice.
