My former real estate attorney, with whom I had worked for 10 years, recently retired and I needed a good replacement. I contacted Andy on the referral of a respected realtor recommended by my CPA. The realtor had dealings with Andy over many years. Andy practices real estate law, including commercial leasing, and business law.
I initially contacted him about one real estate matter and had several sessions with him. The information and guidance he gave me were very helpful and his rates are reasonable, market value. I felt confident enough to engage him to be my business real estate attorney and agent for service of process for my office building in East San Diego County. I will post continuing reviews as our business relationship evolves.
One of the best things about Andy is his great personality. He is such a pleasant person, easy to be around, as well as knowing the law well enough to quote chapter and verse. I have been very pleased with his services so far. I also like it that lawyers down here in North County are so casual. Throw on that Hawaiian shirt, dude.
