I will never go to this store again. I have purchased several earnings and necklaces from this store in the past I have recommended friends. I had some earrings that lost a few tiny stones, nothing big or expensive. I took the earring to the store to see if they could be fixed. The sales person was incredibly rude to me, her exact words to me was well stones don’t just fly out, you dropped these. I was I total shock, I had only worn the earnings one time and never ever dropped them. She proceeded to be nasty giving me dirty looks etc. I have owned businesses and would never treat a repeat customer this way just really taken back at her attitude. She did have the earring repaired. So for a few cheap stones she treated me terrible and I will never go there again and I’ve told all of the people I referred to this business not to go there. And yes I got the attitude and dirty looks when I picked up the earring. Shame on her!!!

Extraordinary selection of one-of-a-kind, exquisite antique pieces with a very knowledgeable and service oriented staff. Kirsten has always been attentive and caring and has also been very helpful in giving advise on pieces that I already own. Lovely, modern store includes new pieces from a variety of designers as well as handbags and scarves.

One of my addictions are the intricate– hand carved, shell, antique Cameos. The first time I walked into Circa on Cedros they had a fascinating pearl necklace with a variety of Cameos. That was it! I found my new favorite jewelry store. Every time I step foot into Circa I’m always greeted nicely and welcomed. Also the store looks very expensive but you’d be surprised at how reasonably priced everything is including the antique and period pieces.

I went into Circa on Cedros to buy both mine and my wife’s wedding rings. I could not be happier with my entire experience in the store and more importantly with the quality of our rings. We both love antique pieces and this is definitely the store for that. They have so many one of a kind pieces it was a hard decision, but we came out 100% satisfied. We had them make diamond bands to go with the antique ring that I gave my wife. They came out amazing. The engraving on the sides matched the original ring perfectly. You would have no idea that the bands were created recently, because they matched the antique diamonds so well.

I LOVE this one of a kind store. It has an old world comfortable vibe & the customer service is top shelf. I tried on numerous gorgeous pieces of all varieties & never felt rushed. Pleased to learn they have options for all price ranges, as I will be sending anyone buying me a gift in Circa’s direction! Hint hint! So excited to get the pieces I loved the most. Fingers crossed!

I bought approxiately $ 500 worth of jewelry here around 6 months ago. All three pair of earrings broke. The pieces I bought were not well made. I would not waste my money here. The stuff looks great and maybe some of it is, but for three items to break isn’t a good sign.

I initially loved the vibe of this store until I bought 3 rings for my daughters and they turned their fingers black. The rings were described to be of high quality metals(sterling, in this case). My daughters laughingly thought they were no better than a ring from Urban Outfitters! In the end, the problem was not that the rings were not the quality they described or worth the price that I paid for them… the problem was with the vile response from the owner when I called to ask if I could get a refund. Not only was I met with hostility but the answer was ‚” No, your daughter wore the ring so it is «used.» I responded, «she wore the ring for a half a day!» Never-the-less, from my experience, a store owner does not behave this way when their business is thriving and doing well. The only way I can justify the way I was treated is to realize that her issue stems from a place that has nothing to do with me(or other customers with similar experiences) and with that type of customer service, she will not be in business long. Just an overall disappointing situation that could have not only easily been peacefully resolved but led to future purchases. I frequently shop on Cedros and live nearby but I will never step foot in Circa again!

I thought I was stepping into this store to take a look at an antique French armoire that caught my eye from across the street while I was sipping coffee at Zinc Café. Boy was I ever surprised when I stumbled upon what else Circa had to offer! This unique store not only has beautiful furnishings but as I stepped further in, I realized that Circa was also an estate jewelry store!(shh, don’t tell my husband) The beautiful antique and estate jewelry, especially the diamond and platinum Art Deco starburst necklace is what kept me there longer than I planned, the stores staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the way the jewelry was presented made this trip a seriously fun unexpected browsing experience!

To Marsha A., the woman who stole my $ 500 Tom Ford sunglasses from Circa on Cedros, you have a lot of rocks. First, the staff watched you pick up my glasses, turn around and look at yourself in the mirror(my sympathies to the mirror) — and then summarily walk out with my sunglasses on your face. Second, you should be ashamed at the nonsensical, histrionic display you put on in front of the store the next day. One thinks the lady doth protest too much. Third, let us note that you ran from the scene prior to the arrival of the police, rather than defend yourself as any innocent person would have done. As a actual PAYING customer of Circa on Cedros, I can say that this establishment is a wonderful place — see my review below. I encourage those needing beautiful jewelry to visit this establishment, rather than take the petty rantings of this thief to heart in any fashion. Now for my review of the store: Circa on Cedros has, bar none, the finest and most unusual selection of estate, fine, and designer jewelry. Kirsten, the owner, cherry-picks all of her pieces, and it amounts to a dream collection. She and her staff are all experienced, professional, and have impeccable taste. Only with years of experience and the owner’s own training in jewelry and gemology comes such a remarkable collection. And to boot, it is displayed in a setting that an interior decorator would covet. I cannot recommend this store enough. I have and will continue to purchase my gems from this store. Having been collecting estate pieces for close to 20 years now from Park Avenue to New Orleans, I can say that this place is it.
