Janine Penner helped us through the process of remodeling our kitchen, which was just completed last week. This has been something my husband and I have considered since we bought our house in October 2011, but it just wasn’t in our budget. We went in two different times in between 2011 and now to find out what our options would be for redoing our kitchen — either refacing or remodeling, but weren’t ready to move forward. Finally toward the end of last year we decided to take the plunge. Janine was so patient with us and really worked with us to find something nice, but within our means. We went back and forth several times with whether we wanted to do it and what line we wanted to go with; Janine never seemed irritated or like we wasted her time. She has helped us in the past with our bathroom remodel when we first bought our home and were very happy with her service, so didn’t want to go anywhere else. I also had a few concerns about the countertop that ended up being fine, but she came out to our house the day after she received my email to look at everything to make sure it was done correctly and we were happy. We are so happy that we remodeled our kitchen! We are absolutely in love with it! We finally feel like our home is complete with our brand new kitchen! We couldn’t have done it without Janine and are so pleased with her as our designer! We won’t go with anyone or anywhere else if we have future renovations to do!

Would never have thought this place had so much to offer. For some reason I thought it was just a lumber store. It’s a mini home depot! Found everything I needed and had been dreading going into a home depot. Prices are reasonable and there’s a great selection from BBQ supplies to doors. I am so happy I checked this place out and will definitely be back again anytime I need anything for our house!

After Home Depot screwed me over on a DIY project, I called these guys and they were super friendly and helpful. All I needed was for someone to cut a small square of wood down a quarter inch from its previous 4.25 inch cut. I purchased all the supplies from Home Depot and went back twice after the initial cut before they admitted they should never have cut the pieces down to 4.25 inches in the first place due to safety regulations. They refused to help me. I was frustrated and mega pissed that I wasted so much money and time on a project I couldn’t finish. Ace Hardware told me to try Dixieline.
I drove over and the lumberyard employee immediately stopped what he was doing and helped me. It took less than three minutes and he didn’t even charge me. What a Godsend. I tried to tip him but he wouldn’t take my money. I think his name was Mike.
Huge thanks to the staff here! I had a minor problem (that Home Depot turned into a large one) and they had a simple solution. I guess that’s what you can expect when you deal with a smaller chain vs. the hit or miss «policies» of a large corporation. I will be taking my business here from now on.

Nice selection but items can be hard to find. Even the workers had a hard time finding what I needed. Some items had good prices while others didn’t.
This is a good store and has a good selection.

Rod was a huge help, he knows his nuts and bolts. A real kind guy too, happy to help. In fact, everyone was really friendly and helpful. Never going to Home Depot again. They’re worth every cent at Dixieline. Thank you tremendously again Rod!

We had the best experience here buying an outdoor dining set that was on sale. Hubby called ahead of time to make sure it was in stock and was helped by Miles. He had the conversation on blue tooth so I heard the entire conversation. Miles is personable and sooo helpful! I picked up the set a couple of hours later and the transaction was quick. The guy that loaded the set into the SUV couldn’t have done a better job and refused to accept a tip. We LOVE the set! I think it’s called Harvest. It is made of aluminum that looks just like wood, and has woven resin that looks like wicker.
