We used Tim for our termite inspection/​treatment and he did great job for both explaining the report and the treatment later.
Although Tim was a bit slow returning his calls, I learnt from our agent that if you email or text him, he seems to reply much faster. Meg is also very good to provide us the «zero balance» invoice as requested. Tim’s email is —

Was told it was going to be a free termite inspection. We got many bids for the tenting work Holdsworth being one of them, they were $ 500-​$ 600 more then the last two bids for termite work. We used the cheaper company of course to tent the house, a week before we close (we were the sellers) I find out from escrow Holdsworth Pest Control sent a $ 50 termite inspection bill directly to escrow without me knowing, even though they said the inspection was free (I have it on voice mail).
They end up canceling the $ 50 fee with escrow after I call multiple times (very hard to get a hold of them).

I am a fan! I used Holdsworth 2 years ago and they did a fantastic job! The problem I’m having now is they are’n’t returning my calls. I am trying not to take it personally but, if they are on vacation they should say so in their out going announcement. I am writing this in hopes that they will see it and contact me.

Originally I worked with another company and the estimate they gave me was through the roof! After my initial call they could tell I was a bit nervous, under a deadline for my new home. They booked an inspection the following day and Tim was out on a Saturday afternoon.
After a thorough inspection, it didn’t look like the subterranean termites and wood damage was even half as bad as I was quoted. Tim was honest, reliable, and very up front about the charges. He quickly went through my old report and saw where the other company had ‘jacked up’ the pricing. Tim’s quote was reasonable and he was able to get the work done that same week.
One year later I haven’t had any termite troubles and received a courtesy call from them just last week. I highly recommend Holdsworth Pest Control for any issues you’re having.
