Love this beautiful building near Fletcher Cove in Solana Beach. What an awesome piece of real estate. The colors are so earthy and the plumeria flower mural on the front of the Karma Building is perfect. Artist Cynthia Kostylo said that she was commissioned by an attorney to do the floral artwork as a «mural to be done on boards rather than directly on the building so that if he chose to relocate, he could take them with him.» They were installed on the front exterior of the Karma Building and make for a very aloha kind of feeling. The Karma Building is a mixed use office/residential place. The two story property consists of commercial office space on ground level and four 2 bedroom/2 bath residential units, of approximately 846 s.f. each, on the second floor. Realtor Emily Behrmann is the one to contact if you are interested in Karma. There is a parking lot with 19 parking spaces – most valuable since the beach is so close by and street parking is at a premium around here. The residential units each have gas fire places, french balconies and walk-in closets in the master bedrooms. A Corner unit on the south side has some ocean views from the kitchen window. Nice. I noticed a variety of businesses. Good place to find a body spa or relaxation massage. There was a marketing firm and a realtor on-site. I really dig this building. It is kind of New Age-y but in a good kind of way, so 5 UnilocalSTARS for the Karma Building.
